Cannot recommend iTracker highly enough. Great product and excellent service
We have been using the TK102 for a vulnerable member of the family for some years and we cannot do without it. It has helped us track and find our family member, keeping him safe on many occasions. Today I used the online chat as the tracker stopped working and so easily and within minutes the problem was identified, fixed and all is well. No fuss or bother and all sorted. Cannot recommend iTracker highly enough. Great product and excellent service.

Easy to set up.
It's really easy to set up, once I realised it's best to use a computer rather than a tablet. The app on my phone is great and I can see where my vehicle is at all times. Even when the vehicle has been in an area with little or no signal for phone coverage it's still give me an exact location.

Renewal of subscription is straight…
Renewal of subscription is straight forward and secure. I have a TK102 mini tracker which works really well with SMS and with the iTracker Live PC application and the mobile phone App. I have wired the tracker to my vehicle 12v via their power supply adapter which means I don't have to keep charging the battery.

Easily available help when needed
I needed some help and was impressed how easy it was to make "contact" (by email, with executive, Josh Platts), and get a matter resolving email by return, and a follow up email to establish all was well - which it was. In this DIY online era, securing assistance quickly and usefully from an identifiable contact feels increasingly difficult. It made a pleasant change to buck that trend.

The instructions need more clarity when registering also the website does not like being used on an Android mobile fine on a laptop but not mobile.
A better interface needed for the app.

Value for money and easy to fit vehicle tracker
This was a recent purchase by me to obtain a tracker for my campervan to give me peace of mind when left unattended whilst on trips away.
Having searched the internet and reviewed the multitude of suitable trackers out there, I felt this was the most suitable and value for money for my current needs.
The tracker was easy to install along with downloading the app for my android phone so I can keep a check on its whereabouts at any time for peace of mind.
The annual subscription cost is reasonable too.
