My experience with iTrustCapital has been positive. It is great in these times to call and actually talk to a real person and that person is both knowledgeable and capable to answer your questions.
In the onboarding with KYC, I did experience what I thought was a hiccup. I contacted iTrustCapital and spoke to Francisco, who stated he would look into my situation and call me back. Later that day, I got an email stating my account was ready for use and no more than 30 seconds later Francisco called to advise me of the email. I honestly didn't expect a call back.
First impressions go a long way and iTrustCapital gave me a very positive opinion to start and I look forward to growing my portfolio with them.

Trying to open an account and process fails during verification. Waited 2 days for a response from support and get:

After reviewing the information provided, we are unable to proceed with opening an account due to regulatory verification requirements. No further review or reconsideration of your application is available. We appreciate the time you took to apply and thank you for your interest.

That's it. Can't do anything else. No other reason. All of my information is correct but they refuse to provide any details on why I can't open an account.
