Ordered a jigsaw in January, still no sign of it coming, money taken, tried phoning and emailing. Considering taking a trip to the store if I don’t get a response.

Do NOT, I repeat do NOT order from this shop/company. I ordered 3 lava lamps before christmas spending >100 euro, they did not arrive for Christmas and I have been trying to contact the shop since by phone and by email with no response. If I could give zero stars I would as they have just stolen over 100 euro from me.

Total lack of communication re. Online orders
I ordered and a week later no shipping email no communication I emailed and phoned no reply on either and phone just rings out. Luckily I ordered through Paypal who refunded me straight away so this company is clearly known o be an issue so don't waste your time very disappointing as I was trying to support local and buy Irish

Box came in bits, I did email but never heard back from the company. Probably won’t order again

Recently bought an advent calender on line for my daughter. Have heard nothing since- never shipped, won’t pick up the phone or respond to emails. Really bad service at a time when people should be supporting small Irish businesses- wouldn’t recommend.

Placed a small order on the 14th February, I had to email the company as it took over a week. Seems a long time to be received.

They saved Xmas in this house with things that you couldnt find anywhere else and I will be forever grateful.

My purchase arrived quickly. It contained a delicate/easily broken item and I was slightly nervous ordering online and getting it delivered but it arrived well wrapped and in perfect condition.

So I had a really bad experience with it's magic. I ordered a thirst extinguisher which is shaped like a fire extinguisher. The happened to be another model with the same name but looked like a spray bottle. When my order got delivered I was upset to see that I received the wrong product. This was supposed to be a surprise gift for a friend. So I immediately took it to the store in Eyre square and was disappointed with the rude way he spoke to me and tried to convince me that I got the order wrong instead. He even said not no come back with any queries like this again. I expected better from you guys and I just wanted what I ordered. I hope that everyone has a good experience. But that made me decide not to come back. Atleast he gave me a refund. But not completely either. Truly disappointed.
