Absolutely loved the customer service experience. To make it 5/5 I would have loved an email to say the item had been shipped just so I could keep an eye out for the delivery.

I have been most impressed with the service. The "Billie" that I bought had issues right after its initial operation. The staff were very quick to respond to my email outlining the issues and asking how I could get it replaced or whatever. The staff have been excellent in following up with this and sent out a replacement quite swiftly. However, the second one just wouldn't work at all after its initial operation, so I am continuing to be in touch with the staff who have been assisting how to remedy the situation. It has been a bit frustrating that both devices both had issues, but TI am very grateful for understanding and helpful staff with whom to deal. Thank you

Just love the way the Normal folks communicate, and the vibe they have achieved within the website. They have taken the time to create a very
“non-generic” experience (if that makes sense). They are obviously starting small (in terms of the shop), but the well curated offerings are a sensible beginning, not overwhelming. I haven’t yet looked deeper into the other services they have on offer, but this as well looks to be very helpful to those that perhaps are looking to explore things and need support to feel comfortable in their journey. These folks don’t look to have dumbed down anything in their approach to their clients, which IMO says an awful lot.

I was really impressed with the website and the quick service. I like the discreet bag that is provided for Piper too. She seems to be good quality!

I was purchasing a gift for someone who has never used a toy before. The questionnaire was extremely helpful in selecting the best option and the order came very quickly, even while the post office is having huge delays, I was told that the gift was received in a matter of days.

Not only is the concept of NORMAL – a sexual wellness brand centred on sustainability, inclusivity and equality – exactly the messaging that is needed right now, but it followed through on its promise! The product I ordered was amazing (their sexual education course was also a great!), it was delivered in sustainable packaging and came within a few days of my order. I also received follow up emails with information and useful guides, which were very helpful! What an amazing initiative/business/project/cause!

Saw the ads on internet. A clever ad and inspired me to have a look. Prices are very generous with first buyers code! Ended up getting a couple of different vibrators, one for a friend. Arrived discreetly packed and has a nice bag for storage. Offers a 100 day return offer. You really can’t go wrong! Highly recommend this company and it’s range of goodies, for both the ladies and the men! At least have a look online and try the quick quizz to see what comes up. 5 stars!

Customer service was great. So quick to respond and also went above and beyond for requests.

I liked starting with a quiz, it pointed me in the right direction and now I have a bedside companion for life-although it will be working very hard so it may not live as long as me! Would strongle recommend.

Piper is such a good product!!! I didn’t realise how much I would love having a rabbit vibrator and it is definitely worth the purchase! I just wish there was a setting for the internal and external parts to be moving differently at the same time.

I love what you are doing at Normal. I bought the course and absolutely live the content and the practical way Georgia delivers. Recently I bought the beautiful Quinn and although it’s not the toy for me - no matter how many times I’ve tried it. I loved the delivery - packaging, branding. They way it feels which is luxe and special. The info video on how to use it. The experience of Normal is wonderful.
