I had ordered a watch and 5 days had passed and received no watch or email regarding the watch, despite delivery being 1-2 days. After the long wait, I emailed them and found out the watch I ordered was out of stock, then I received the option of a refund or exchange. I chose to exchange and received the watch next day. Despite the little mix up at the start their customer service was excellent and speedy delivery.
