This is my second iPhone - still awful

This is my second iPhone. iTunes is possibly the worst piece of software ever (after the Apple music player itself). I literally have to fight for an hour every time I use iTunes on my Microsoft laptop - initially to get iTunes to even flash up - and then to get it to synch to my phone. Android is just drag-and-drop into the right folder on your phone in File Explorer. Why is Apple so highly regarded with this level on poor interoperability?

Dreadful experience all round over the phone and products. A Bad Apple to the Core!

I have had no end of problems with Apple in the last 2 weeks. Firstly I simply had an issue with tunes were not transferring from my laptop to my iPod. Then I purchased a new iPad from them. An agent gave me the wrong advice on a USB adapter I needed and purchased. I had to send the adapters back AND the iPad. So I purchased a new iPod instead. Now after endless calls, agents have duplicated my entire playlist and THEY don't know how to rectify it. I have purchased new tunes and they DON'T know how to get them on my playlists. I have checked today and the songs are MISSING. Their phone system is dreadful and calls back then you get an email saying you can't get through. There is no complaints method or email address. This is probably based on my experience that they get too many and that's why I have decided to write on here. Based on the stress this week, I feel I am due compensation for all the inconvenience and out-of-pocket expenses for money being taken from my account and all the returns of goods. More importantly, I like to listen to music but can't because of the duplications and missing songs. Someone is meant to be calling me Sunday but no guarantee he will have a solution. This is definitely a company I would not recommend. It's a pity you can't give it 0 stars!!
