purchased garage door remote clone, arrived within specified time products are good , happy with this purchase.

I ordered wire connectors from Itvalore.
I was supposed to get free shipping!
They sent me a code for it but no place to enter it . So I’ve been trying to contact them for about 5 days with no response from them. I think I was scammed. DON’T buy from them!!!

Poor communication from company following my request for refund. They offered me £10 to keep the item. Not interested. Not sure why they have an option to return items if they won’t action this.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!! I was scammed as I bought a supposed "sterling silver" cross and chain for 45 dollars and received a cheap 5 dollar chrome metal cross and chain.

I ordered a teddy bear, f0r 42.00 dollars, probably is not worth 5.00. nothing like the picture. very long wait, very disappointing.

I ordered their Maltese Falcon.
It was pictured to look 12 - 14" inches tall.
What I received was barely over 5".
Total ripoff for the money spent!

Thankfully I haven’t engaged with this company because of the description on the teddy bears promoted on Pinterest by Viral Brands. They describe the bears as made of alpaca but they appear to be recycled mink or other fur coats. They have padded paws. As a dedicated maker of teddy bears there is no way these could be sold at the price on offer due to the work that it takes to make one!

DO NOT engage with this company at all. I ordered slips for under the door for a draft stopper. They took my money and nothing happened. I emailed them to mention I hadn't heard back and they just blamed me saying I gave wrong address. I gave right address at all times. Then they kept messing me around with shipping delays. They offered to refund part of my money. A total disgrace for a company... do not pay any money. They also employ a separate company to deal with issues. Another crop of gangsters. 5 months this has dragged on...

Shoes got delivered in time. No issues there.
But as they do not fit, I asked for a return and refund. On their website it says: FREE RETURN Every product sold by us comes with a 30-day money back guarantee with a free return policy.
It seems there is NO return policy for Belgium. So they propose to only refund part of the shoes without return.

Fake! Keep away

The worst scammers, bought supposed 925 sterling silver crucifix and received a piece of scrap metal. Then jerked me around on the return even though on the web site they claimed to provide return label if not satisfied. 1 star is too many! Don’t fall for these scammers. Fought it through PayPal and lost??? Are you kidding me… Wanted me to pay for return to China $15 min charge, item wasn’t worth 15 cents…Thankfully Bank of America had my back and returned my money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bad, bad, bad! On an impulse I ordered what we're supposed to be boots made by Clarke. What I got was a really, really cheap knock off, that isn't worth half what I paid. Went to the website it's no longer up. Total ripoff. I hope I can get money back thru PayPal. :-(

Stay away from this company !! I wish I would have read all this before buying.
First their complex Yunexpress/collifrance.fr would not find my 10 meter high ship to building (company name and street nr well indicated).
And when I finally received their shipment, it looked NOTHING like the website pictures. What w waste of money and time ....

I ordered 3 woven vegetable storage bags, they arrived and were smaller than the size of my hand. I paid £55 plus postage. The item should have measured 14x 2I .5 cms. I have asked for a full refund, waiting...

They selling "Handmade 925 Sterling Silver Jesus Crucifix Pendant" which is not even close to what they advertise. They send you a chip replica of what they advertise. Don't buy it is not a genuine silver handmade crucifix. They think they are very smart now they added pictures of their chip version critics with the real silver crucifix. They offered €10 in return but I paid €30. I wouldn't pay even a $1for they sell. It's sad that so many scammers in the world, Im losing trust in humanity when seeing this kind of thing happening. 你太无耻了

Bought a dragon brooch on 06/01/23. Still waiting. The address was incorrect. They asked me to send the the updated address. I did this a number of times. I have now had 2 emails asking for the address from viralbrands? Asking again for the address. They also threaten to destroy my parcel if I did not comply. I have sent the full details they asked for again. Every time I have asked for a refund they say they are reposting the parcel. Now they want to destroy it. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. Completely incompetent business and employees!!!

Received item as gift, took about a month to receive. Item would not work, came with no instructions, correspondence with company back and forth referred to you tube videos to describe how to operate. Turns out I was missing a power pack and again back and forth correspondence the power pack is not included (it was shown in video as was instruction manual). Offered to keep item they would refund $10 it was paid $30 for item, turned down offer, not sure why I would want to keep item that does not work nor would they offer to send me a battery pack to charge and operate. They asked it to be returned for refund. Company is in Canada. My item was shipped from California. But to get a full refund I need to send to CHINA and there was no RMA able to be given for defective item as it was out of country. Still working with credit card and company to refund. The company did not respond to my multiple requests as to why it had to be returned to CHINA when it was shipped from INGLEWOOD CALIFORNIA.

Bought reading glasses, they are nothing like the ones advertised. Cheap plastic, can be used as reading glasses, but you can buy ones like that in a dolar store. In shorter words, it’s a scam. Do not buy it!

Ordered a winter hat advertised as genuine mink & fox fur but what was delivered was 100% polyester faux fur which was a very poor imitation of what had been advertised.
