Wouldn’t order from them again

I had ordered some pacifiers as a gift and based on the website told items would ship within 1-3 days. After 10 days they still had not shipped my items and or let me know my items were delayed or lost and I had to chase them for a refund. To note, they will also only help you with your refund if you buy the shipping protection for $1.99..after they already charge you $9.99 for shipping. It’s just not a customer friendly or good company to buy from and it’s just a bunch of costs. Don’t buy from them:

Amazing Customer Service

I had an issue with an order that I placed, and the Customer Service that I received was outstanding! They got back to me extremely quick and helped resolve my issue. Love their bags and now love their company even more.
