Sir, if you want to remove icloud, why you come here and left a bad review? if you even does not use our service? Why you not contact us by email, skype, whatsapp, telegram?

Hello.

Sir, we on this market 12 years and we never not scam any of our customer and not ban anyone without reason.

We have many services for unlockig and checking. Some of unlocking services have only 75% rate for unlocking, but if you make a payments via Binance pay or Crypto then we ALWAYS provide a refund if order failed.

Please, provide HERE your account id (or order number) so we can check what a problem with your account/order. We will provide reply here because we have nothing to hide.

Yes, your order was cancelled because we can't unlock your device. As I wrote earlier, some of our services do not have a 100% unlocking rate. We have information about that on all our services, if the service is not 100% then we write the unlocking rate for the service.

Credits for the order were returned to your IU account balance (because you pay for the order from your IU account balance), so you can use them to unlock/check some other devices. For some of our services we do not accept Card payments but we provide a solution how you can make payments via Card. To do that you need to make an account on our website and then you can top up your account via Card, but in this case payments can't be refunded back to your Card, you can request a refund only if you top up your account via Binance pay or Crypto. We have this information on account rules and also we have one more notification about that on the page where you top up your account balance, so we informed you twice about our refund policy, and if you still top up your account via Card then you accept these rules? Right? And please do not tell that you do not see it, this notification is written in red letters, only blind can't see it.

These notification written on the page where you top up account balance via Card:

"NOTE: You have the option to top up your account using a credit card. However, we would like to inform you that in this case, we won't be able to process refunds. This means that once you top up, the funds will only be available for use within our system, such as for payments related to checking or unlocking services.
If you choose to pay through Binance Pay or cryptocurrency, the possibility of a refund becomes available 30 days after the top-up.
If you agree with this condition, you can proceed with topping up your account using a credit card. If you do not agree, you have the alternative to use the top-up option via Binance Pay or cryptocurrency."

So if you read that and accept these terms why do you open a dispute? and then claim "This service is a fraud on customers" where fraud? if you were informed about our refund police BEFORE then you top up an account balance.


Your account was blocked only after you opened a dispute for chargeback. Or you think you can make a dispute, receive a refund and then use the credits that you have on your account balance? It looks like a scam.

If we are such a bad company why are you still asking to unblock your account so you can use our service? Why did you come here and leave a bad review (without any real reason) but by email you are still asking to unlock the account?

We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our service.

But we do not understand why?
You do not receive reports that you purchase? - As I see all reports were provided in a time slot, and all information was provided.


Do you want to say that we are dodgy people/websites? Why?

On our service page you can read all necessary information about where the device is supported were not. So if you already have information about your device you do not need to purchase any other.

If you do not have this information then we offer our service to check it. We do not force you to buy it from us, you can purchase it on any other website and then you will know where to support your device or not.

We request 2 reports:
1. You need to check if your device is Clean or is on Lost mode. If a device is lost then we do not support it.
2. We request a report GSX+Sold By+Replacement+Case+Repairs.

You write that enough only one report (№2), but it's not, this service GSX+Sold By+Replacement+Case+Repairs provide only information that has in service name, and iCloud status come as bonus, and we do not write that this service will provide you iCloud status for Macbooks, because time to time service is changed, and we can't guarantee that you will received iCloud status for Macbooks (for the phones this service can always provide iClaud status), but we can guarantee that you receive this information GSX+Sold By+Replacement+Case+Repairs.
