Telefone de familiar com icloud bloqueada. Foi for verificado estado de icloud no mesmo site momentos antes do pagamento de desbloqueio de icloud e este estava clean. Nesse e noutros sites da concorrência. A partir do momento que paguei o dinheiro solicitado ( e devolvido) ainda no dia dá como LOST. Não sei o que fizeram mas agora tenho um valente pisa papeis.
Yes, refund was made by you. I paid 1.99 € moments before to check the status of the equipment and you said clean. Other companies said clean. After making the refund it was LOST on the same day, at the same time. It was not lost 30 minutes before. There is cloning of imei ... And I was certainly one more.

This is happens when you try unlock Lost or Stolen device. So this issue is not depends from us. Only real device owner can turn on Lost mode. In future you should not purchase lost or stolen stuff.
You made order, we recheck iCloud status, the we find out that your device is on LOST MODE, and we made refund. So i do not understand where we make fault that you left 1 star review? Other company if find out that your device is on Lost mode, they not refund you nothing. But we are a reliable company, and we made refund in any of case.

Sir, you pay for first order at 12:03:42, for second order at 16:16:44 . then after 2 hours you confirm order. At 20:40 your order was cancelled, so after you pay for order and order was cancelled past 4 hours 24 minutes, for this time icloud status can be changed 1000 times.
I already told you in our email conversation that iCloud status is not depends from us, we can't change it, and this is not in our interest, because when we unlock your device we earn some money, but when we make refund, then we do not earn anything.
We even not take any fee from you, but in our rules we write that if you make order with imei what will be on lost mode, we will cut some money from refund.
I'm upset that you are so angry on us. but this case is not depends from us.
