Great support from Ieva, professional service

This company once had a reputation for quality. Today, it feels like a textbook example of deliberate overselling and profit-first infrastructure management at the customer’s expense.

For more than a year, their shared hosting environment has been visibly overloaded. They pack accounts with drastically different traffic and resource demands onto the same server/IP pool, creating constant resource contention. A handful of high-consumption websites monopolize CPU, RAM, and disk I/O, while everyone else is throttled into near paralysis.

The symptoms are obvious: extreme TTFB spikes, painfully slow page rendering, and performance that collapses during peak hours. This is not “normal shared hosting variability” — it is structural under-provisioning.

The business impact is severe. Visitors don’t wait for overloaded servers to respond. They leave. That means lost traffic, lost conversions, and direct financial damage.

What’s most concerning is that the company is fully aware of the problem. Instead of correcting load distribution, increasing capacity, or addressing overselling practices, their default response is to push customers toward significantly more expensive plans. In practice, this feels like a monetization strategy: create performance pressure, then sell relief at a premium.

If your budget is not large and you expect stable, technically sound hosting — stay away. I cannot recommend this provider under any circumstances.

Using this provider for longer than 15 years already. Prices are slightly higher compared to competitors, but sales represantatives are able to adjust it to acceptable level. This time Šarūnė was a life saver and kept me as a customer for next 3 years once again :)
