The worst VPN app never connects. Its main page is full of malware. I paid for the subscription and it only worked for the first 2 days after that. It was impossible to connect to a network. Even its app crashed my PC. Very bad. I don't recommend it. Stay away from it. this app and the website (full malware) I have no words to express how bad and mediocre this service is

I have had several support sessions with Ivacy for a variety of reasons and have always been treated professionally and helpfully. My Windows Ivacy app recently told me that my subscription had expired even though my account stats said it didn't expire for another 4 years. In any case, James fixed the problem quickly and accurately. Ivacy customer support is terrific. Thanks, James.

Purchased a lifetime subscription via stacksocial that expires every 5 years. To renew it I contacted the support and the supportmember James was incredibly supportive and quickly helped me with my request. The product they are offering is also great. I can only recommend Ivacy VPN.

Amazing this company

I have been a user of the Ivacy VPN for several years. I have used it in multiple countries. To date the Ivacy VPN has been highly reliable and provided the connections I needed. At home I have it successfully installed on my Android TV, mobile phone, laptop and desktop computer. I am a highly satisfied user. A great product at a great price!

I also had purchased a Lifetime subscription through Stack Social and had not read the part that said customer service needs to be contacted every 5 years. I did contact them and James handled the issue in an efficient and friendly manner. I have generally been pleased with IVACY service.

I had purchased lifetime access in 2019 and just realizes it was expired. With seeing that it expired I reached out to customer service (Mason) and he immediately extended me. Pretty satisfied with the service and the VPN overall.
