Weirdness
Weirdness. We walked in this Spring to buy a loveseat, and the salesman assured us they didn't have any. We walked around anyway and found several. Two were exactly alike, in different colors, and we wanted to buy one, paying cash. The salesman told us we couldn't have the one we wanted because he couldn't sell floor models, saying that would leave him with none to show customers (?) We asserted, you'll still have the exact model in one color to show as your floor model. He refused to sell us the loveseat, and I asked, "is anything we see for sale?" He said NO, that everything had to be ordered, would take weeks (which we understood) and that nothing on the floor could be sold. We walked out. Until now we've bought furniture here but not anymore.
