Shipment taking a long time..

Shipment taking a long time... over a week past since shipping still no sign of the shipment. Usually doesn't take this long however, so hoping this is a onetime thing.

With International Standard shipping, Royal Mail aim to deliver to mainland Europe in 3-5 working days; however sometimes it can take longer unfortunately.
Hopefully it will arrive soon.

I paid extra fees for next day delivery but instead I received the item on standard delivery time.

Standard delivery normally takes one working day (sometimes 2 days), but the main difference with Special Delivery (extra cost) is it is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next working day (when an order is placed before 3pm on the preceding working day).
We're sorry you're not happy with paying the extra cost, but do assume that the order did indeed arrive within the stated time frame of Special Delivery.

My cbd vape oil came really quickly…would definitely buy it again from here

My cbd vape oil came really quickly definitely no complaints from me I find this strength strong enough for me when I add four or five drops to my vape with the oil it helps with the pain for a little while I would buy it again from this company
