I recently bought my first ebike from venture bikes.
A great experience. Saw the bike online then rang up for some advice. Sam was very helpful and even organised a delivery for me on a set day. Everything arrived on time and in a perfect condition. Quick set up and I was off. I had a query which Sam quickly answered. All in all it couldn’t have been any better.
Customer service from IventureBikes is way beyond expectation. Sam is super helpful with a customer-first mindset. He went out of his way to ensure that I'll receive the bike prior to my birthday. Also, they'll give a £50 Amazon Voucher for any ebike purchases which is obviously such a great deal.
Overall, I strongly recommend this website because of its wide range of ebikes and outstanding customer care. I've just made the best purchase for myself this year. Thanks Sanj & Sam!
