Best service ever

Our G4 IPL machine had a part break, but IVISKIN just replaced it with a new unit. All within less than 24h.
The costumer service is just fantastic.
We just love our G4, it really works and makes a difference.

I ordered G4 and got G1

I ordered G4 and got G1. The answer from the support team took a while, but after they took notice, the right package was sent and I got 50% off the order as an apology and the 100 day guarantee countdown was also renewed. I have not yet been able to test G4 but am satisfied with how everything was handled by the company in the end.

The shipment arrived quickly and…

The shipment arrived quickly and efficiently, and the product was nicely packaged, but unfortunately, it doesn't work well. Despite using it according to the instructions, there are no hair removal results. After sending an email informing me I wanted to return the product, I received no response.

Worth trying

Customer service os exquisite! Very helpfull and understanding. The device itself os easy to use, very intuitive, nicely packed and made of quality materials. It didn't really work on me, but its may be personal issue, the results may vary. With the return policy, customer oriented approach and good price for the quality- I would say it was worth a try, event though the results didn't show as I expected.

Painless and comfy 🫶

I've just received my device and I've already tried it once. Packing is so gorgeous 🥰 Surprisingly, using the device has proven to be very convenient and nice! Great cooling system provides you absolutely painless procedure. Hope, it will work for me 🤞
