Honestly, at first, I was a bit skeptical because a perfume subscription is a new thing, but I was really amazed by the products. The atomizer looks really nice, and the perfumes are awesome. However, the real highlight for me is the exceptional customer service.

Delivery is very slow
Delivery is very slow. Gave excuse there is issue in warehouse and hence cannot delivery earlier. After I told them that I will post on social media to check if anyone has the same issue as me, miraculously the item was picked up by Ninjavan and then delivery arranged.
Received email that I can manage subscription by logging in to my account but that is not true. Asked online agent and was told need to write in and the team will get back within 7 working days. So if you want to cancel, please write in asap and don’t expect they will get back within SLA.

Not delivered, refuse to cancel subscription, stopped replying
Ivre e-mailed that the product was out for delivery. I followed up one week later and they replied the product was not actually sent due to internal delays. I e-mailed them to ask to cancel my monthly subscription and give me a refund. They stopped replying even though I said I would file a police report if they do not cancel the subscription and try to charge my credit card again. Their website does not have any option to cancel subscriptions and they no longer reply to e-mail or Whatsapp messages. Stay away!
(EDIT: Ivre.sg is abusive. They post my personal information in the reply in violation of Singapore personal data protection laws. When Trustpilot deletes their replies, they repost the same reply again and again. Avoid!)
(EDIT: the reply you see below is Ivre.sg's fourth reply. The first three were deleted by Trustpilot for intentionally using personal information, and they have been reported to the Singapore Personal Data Protection Commission.)

Vial was less than half filled
Was overseas when I received my parcel. Vial was less than half full. Customer service told me they could not do anything as it was more than 2 weeks (note I was overseas from 27 May - 12 jun)
