Must Try!

Because of Ivre, I'm able to try out different kinds of cologne that I want. It saves me a lot of money. The smell is strong and long-lasting. Highly recommend it!

Just gotten my Trio kit and tried them…

Just gotten my Trio kit and tried them all. Scent seem right however not sure whether they are the old batch because they seem watered down or weak compared to those I've tried in stores. Especially the Rose 31 from Le Labo. I own 3 Le Labos and their frags are beast mode however this Rose 31 from I'vre seem to last for only 2hrs and you can barely smell it.

Luxury at a Fair price

It’s great that I tried I’VRE. I got to pick and choose perfumes from many different brands at a fair price. The customer service answers quickly and clearly. The delivery was fast and the item is well packaged. It’s still my first month of subscription I hope they can keep up the good work.

I am disappointed with the service I…

I am disappointed with the service I have received from I'VRE for my fragrance subscription. My second order was mixed up with the first one, resulting in a duplicate order being delivered to me. Despite reaching out to customer service, I was told that the order couldn't be changed due to company policy. Instead, I was advised to alter my next order and was promised a small gift as compensation. However, the gift was not included in my third delivery.

I reached out to customer service again and was told that the gift would be included in my next delivery. While I appreciate their effort to rectify the situation, I am disappointed with the lack of attention given to my issue. The mix-up with my orders and the missing gift has been inconvenient and frustrating. It appears that my subscription is not being valued by the company.

I am sharing my experience to let other clients know about the issue I've experienced. I hope this feedback will encourage the company to improve its service and avoid similar mistakes in the future.

To all potential customers, do be careful of the subscription website. it can mislead users and confuse their operations team.

As such our operations team were not able to determine which scent you'd like due to an incorrect change made by yourself.

Terrible experience TBH

1st. the chatbot/ chat function in the website is never working. No one ever replies to the messages that were left behind. I ended up had to message them on IG to get my question answered. Responses on IG was instant though. You need to rethink about how you want customers to reach out to you guys.

2nd. Purchased made on 1 Apr. On the email confirmation it was stated that we will received an update when items are being shipped. I emailed on 5th Apr to check on status. Admin replied on the same day saying that my orders was shipped on the 3rd April and will receive within 1-3 working days. And they mentioned that the updates will be sent by the courier company in this case Ninja van. Why is it that when Ivre ship out the items Ivre do not update the customers that the items are being shipped out? Why is it that it has to be the ninja van? It’s two separate updates that should be received by us. I purchased from Ivre, not ninja van. If Ivre has shipped out the items, Ivre should notify us that items are on the way.

3rd. They mentioned 1-3 working days and the courier company will sent me an update. It’s already the 10th April, i still have not received my purchase. No updates from ninja van on the status of delivery.

4th. The subsequent subscription options to select what perfume to ship next is complicated and not user friendly. The list they gave on the screen as option to choose from is not the whole list and it makes it difficult for us to choose what is available.

Overall very disappointing experience

Comparison of the real fragrance side by side. Ivre suffers in quality... quite disappointed because this was advertised as authentic

Not the real stuff for sure

packaging is good look the first impression is nice. But the perfume is of poor quality. i went to sephora to test out the real perfume and this is nothing like the real stuff. After the Branded smell fade (after a couple minutes), all you smell is some cheap perfume that is bland, smells weird and it lingers on for a long time. I seldom leave review but i have to for this one, get the real perfume from stores no point paying cheap for imitation perfumes.

Happy to have found Ivre which gives me…

Happy to have found Ivre which gives me an opportunity to try out different perfumes at an affordable price instead of paying full price and regret the purchase. Currently into my 2nd month of subscription and looking forward to trying out the next new fragrance. This is especially great for ppl who likes to change different fragrances on a regular basis. Amazing company

Amazing company. They have many perfume options and the subscription is affordable. I’m especially happy with the customer service, when I’ve had issues in the past or am confused on how to change perfumes, the support team has been there to help answer all my questions (even on a public holiday). I’ve been able to try different perfumes before committing and it’s the perfect size. Overall very impressed by the company as a whole

They respond relatively fast

They respond relatively fast, however the FAQs are rather misleading somehow, about the next billing date. It states that it will start on the date i get my first kit. But when I asked, they said payment/billing is 7 days prior to my next subscription so it is actually super confusing for people. There are no further information about this on the FAQ either.

Thoughts on I'VRE

I like the idea of a perfume subscription service, but the previous few encounters that I've had w other perfume subscription services were that they did not deliver to SG. So I'm glad I'VRE exists. Generally satisfied with what I got, though I feel that there are a few things to work on:

1) Website is not necessarily intuitive. Based on what I've tried, there is no way to directly access/edit my subscription from the website, and I would have to go through the email that was sent regarding my subscription being accepted. But that's a little tedious, especially since I have to sieve through my email to to find the link.
2) Tried editing my subscription and I realized that the option to choose "Scent of the Month (Men) & (Women)" and "Surprise Me" is not available. Even when I try to choose the Single Pringle, there's no further option to select what kind of perfume I want (Men or Women). Tried looking through the FAQs for an answer to no avail.
3) Think you guys can consider how to switch up the label on the atomizer! Honestly the label does not fit the clean look that the atomizer is going for.
4) Got the Double Trouble with the intention of gifting it to a friend, but I realized that there's no box of sorts that comes w the package. I think more can be done for the unboxing experience.
5) Consider how to make the subscription experience more sustainable. My understanding is that a new atomizer containing the perfume is given with every purchase. However I wonder if I really need so many atomizers in the long run, or would refills suffice? I was thinking perhaps you could provide the option of whether customers would like the refill alone (at a cheaper price than 16.95), or for it to come w the atomizer, and as well as in what colour.

Otherwise, I like the clean look that the atomizers have, and that they are convenient to bring about. I was surprised to find that delivery was quite prompt as well!

Hope this review comes off constructively as I intended for it to be, and feel free to reach out to me if need be. Looking forward to see how this business will grow, and I hope it does not lose sight of its original vision/idea---- to provide perfume at an accessible and reasonable price, with variety as its selling point. Prompt delivery and responsive customer service

Received 2 monthly deliveries already, both delivered promptly and well packaged. Compared perfumes received with those from retail stores, can't smell any difference. Customer service also answers within minutes.
