Horrible service

I placed on order. It has been 3 weeks and still have not received my merchandise. I sent an email to see when I might be receiving my order. This email went unanswered. I will not use this company again and do not recommend it to anyone

Worst purchase I’ve ever made

Worst purchase I’ve ever made. False advertisement at its best! For the Buffalo Trace 250th anniversary Advent Calendar, Your advertising shows one of the calendar days being opened and the customer pouring a small bottle of whiskey in a glass. Great Idea….until I got my tiny, cheap ornaments, if you can even call them such a thing. Most of these so called ornaments weren’t even whisky. You should be ashamed of taking advantage of so many trusting fans of this whiskey brand. Absolutely horrible.

If there was a zero or negative star rating that is what I would give them. SCAM!!! They misrepresent their products on Instagram. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. A Chinese company that doesn’t care about integrity.

Bought two pairs of gloves from these…

Bought two pairs of gloves from these cowboys. Chinese obviously. 3 weeks to arrive then both pairs defective broken zips on gloves. Messaged for replacement of refund only offered 30% initially then 50%. Referred to bank for full refund. Their technique is to sell full price items that are broken and hope you will accept a low refund sum don’t do business with them

Selling misleading items that don’t…

Selling misleading items that don’t even work as advertised. I purchased 2 of the same item one the screen worked for 5 minutes or so then stopped working yet the headphones still worked for a few hours.

The second pair never came on at all. Tried to contact the company yet there was no response. Yes I should have known it was too good to be true from the price. But still, it’s naughty to sell products with HTC’s name when there’s not HTC on the boxes nor do HTC make them

Total scam

Total scam, run like hell. Fake order on Facebook. Ivyever.com has no phone numbers or record of the order (of course), and they have no customer service numbers to call. Thank God Capital One is fixing it for me.

Total scam

Almost 2 months ago I bought a camera from this company and within 12 hours I sent an email to the customer service requesting to cancel my order they replied about 10 days later saying its too late to cancel my order and the only way to get my money back is to refuse the delivery and the item would go back to them so I can get my money back which I did and still haven’t got my money back, I keep emailing them and they don’t reply, total scam, I should have read these reviews before using them, £45 was wasted unfortunately. Please avoid this scam company.

I have placed three orders with Ivyever…

I have placed three orders with Ivyever for a variety of items. I have so far been pleasantly surprised at the quality of merchandise and the accurate sizing of the Inspire Bracelet on the first two orders. Just placed the third order today so time will tell, so unless the third order is completely hosed up, we will continue to purchase from Ivyever.

Total scam

Total scam. Got charged $39 for three bottles of descaler and the size of the bottles is laughable as they are small! Also, product didn’t work as described so I ended up having to use my old cleaner. Do yourself a favor and DON’T buy from ivyever
