Ordered a product that costs 6.99 at…

Ordered a product that costs 6.99 at Walmart not knowing that ahead of time. My fault for watching a video on Facebook and thinking it was a good idea. They offered it for the sale price of 19.99. Sounds great when you are watching the video and thinking it’s the only place you can get it. Then to find out it’s coming from China and there is no way to track it because their track system doesn’t work. On top of that I’ve reached out by email 2 times now with no response in a week. Scammer company for sure. I wish I could make this viewable for anyone thinking about purchasing from this company before they make the mistake

If I could give it a zero star I would

If I could give it a zero star I would. I ordered a mug for Valentine’s Day. It arrived a month after ordering and when it did arrive, the mug was shattered to pieces. Reached out to them regarding the issue and they never replied. According to their policy I’m entitled a refund, I provided photos in the emails and nothing. Guessing their “policy” is more a of a guideline broken just like my mug.

You will never get what you paid for. Chinese scam company.

Don’t waste your time with this Chinese scam company. Ordered something for Valentine’s Day on January 5, it’s february 17 and nothing ever came. They said they had a shipping issue and only shipped it February 1. I requested a cancellation then a refund and they refused. Spoke with a friend that ordered the same thing and they experienced the same issues. Already contacted my bank to get the funds back and block any future charges.

I have very good experience with…

I have very good experience with Ivyever. I really appreciate the option of refunds and the high level of protection against fraud. In all cases where I was clearly in the right, Ivyever supported me and actively worked with me to resolve the issue. Their support team handled the problems intensively and fairly.
