Totally misleading advertising, description & pictures! Should have checked out the horrible reviews but that's on me. Ordered the whiskey blind boxes for Christmas presents and altho they arrived finally they were a joke and unusable!! Tiny little things looking to be more of a jewelry piece. Not at all tasting!! Have contacted company several times to zero response.

Auto stir coffee mug I ordered are beautiful and the quality is very good. The communication was very good and the order was very smooth with the online associate.

I ordered rachet straps for a Christmas gift and never received them. I have repeatedly contacted them and got nothing other than a generic email. Worst Company ever! Will NEVER order from here!

This place is a scam store. I ordered $100 of merchandise from them and 2 months later they can’t even provide tracking information. DO NOT order from here. Would give 0 stars if possible

I wonder why the majority of the good reviews are only 3 stars.
My experience with China company is the products are acceptable, but when the item gets to the US, the USPS tracking is never given to you and the USPS has no clue about the tacking #.
I emailed Cust svc after a week, then daily until I got a response.
Based on the 1 stars reviews, I'm gonna cross this company off my list.

They have perfect items. So far, I am satisfied with my experience.

Ordered 2 premium automatic rachet straps on 12/12/25. Still have not received a shipping date or tracking notice as of 12/28/25. Would not recommend this online company. Requested a refund from my charge card as item not received.

I would not even give ONE star. WHere the hell is my order placed 12/10. Sure you took my money same day it is now 12/24 and no emails, no tracking, no nothing, complete bullshit.

Shipping takes forever because it’s coming from China. I will not order again.

I placed an order on December 7th. Reached out multiple times to try and get any information about its arrival. Have yet to hear from them. Took my $92 and no product or way to look up the shipping.

Zero customer service.

Ordered a knit hat from their Ad on Face Book. Only thing prompt was cashing payment on my credit card. I have since canceled that card.
My Firewall (Norton will not allow me to email them as they say could be fake store.)
Never heard back from them until I disputed the charge.W/I week hat arrived , a rag.I don't even know how to return it plus I will not pay the postage to return. If they send me a free shipping label, I will do it otherwise Goodwill donation

I ordered an xmas gift weeks ago and STILL haven’t received any tracking, or email reply. I am worried this is a scam site.

Would leave zero stars if an option. Completely fraudulent advertising. Ordered what looked like mini whiskey advent calendars, only to receive cheesy, plastic, tiny toys that barely resembled the shape of a bottle. I hope this CEO knows what karma is.😞
