Gutted to be reading these reviews as I also ordered shoes for my job at the beginning of May. Have also had the same replies to my emails saying they apologise and to be patient. Really needed these shoes for my job as a home carer. I totally agree Facebook should take some responsibility for us all probably losing our money. Horrible part is I rarely go on Facebook and now wish I hadn't on that day. Scammers are scum and even worse at times like this!!

Wanted to give no stars. Apparently my trainers, ordered on the 17th April, are in Russia!! Had same reply to email as others, saying “please be patient”. Same advice as others, we’ve been scammed, avoid at all costs!

I ordered some trainers back in March - Still waiting for them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY they just do not come through. Very angry!!!

Absolutely shocking. I ordered my shoes on the 24th April and I've still not received them. I've asked for a refund now as its getting ridiculous. I've send two emails now regarding a refund. They'll probably get ignored. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not buy anything from this website, I've been waiting since the start of may for my work shoes which cost £30! I have e-mailed them 5 times and just kept getting back emails of 'sorry if you've had a bad experience'. Imagine scamming people of their hard earned money.

Do not buy from this company. Ordered shoes back in April and still waiting. Cannot view my order or view company online. Message says OOPS SOMETHING WENT WRONG. Obviously a scam as there are at least 128 complaints so far. I have sent another e mail today but don't hold up much hope.Will get my bank involved now

Heed all these warnings. Stay well clear of these scammers!!

Don't buy shoes off them 4 months I've wait won't give me my money back. Very disappointed 😠

If there was an option to give no stars at all i would. I ordered shoes in the first week of April which never arrived. E mailed them and got an e mail asking me to be patient. Got another e mail three weeks ago saying they have been shipped. Still waiting! Website gives the impression that they are an online business run by two women who actually care. Nothing could be further from the truth. They are being shipped from some warehouse in China. Very misleading. Will never ever buy from this online con artist again. Please do not buy from ever.

Have repeatedly asked for my money back. They seldom answer their emails. I wonder how much money they've made? Facebook should accept some responsibility for allowing them to advertise.

Another one scammed! Didn't read reviews before purchasing. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Ordered 3 April. Now 13 June and still not received.

I’m waiting on sketchers to arrive for my mum nhs ordered them March still not here comming from China not real I expect emailed numerous times for refund being blanked now

I ordered shoes from them on 25th March. I received them on the 9th of June. I asked for a refund in March and continuously throughout April and May only to be told they had been shipped. The packaging states value 10.00 I paid £27.99. They are cheap crap. I was going to use them for work I work for NHS but I know they won’t last a 12hour shift. If you haven’t received yours you can claim your money back through your bank as a chargeback or if you paid through PayPal with them. I found this out too late.

I ordered my trainers in March still not received anything. I have emailed them but the reply was that due to the virus it would take a little longer as they had not got many staff working. I have sent further emails this week but had no reply. Very angry have told them I will take matters further if I hear nothing from them.

Ordered my ‘sketchers’ on 27/3... received them but they’re the wrong size. I contacted ivyleo.. only to be told ‘unfortunately because they are not damaged but still functional there is nothing we can do’ I’m fuming! They’re clearly not functional to me as I can’t wear them! DO NOT TOUCH THESE CROOKS! On the package the value was $10, I paid £28 for non sketchers. Probably worth £5. Dreadful company.
