Still waiting for a pair of Skechers I ordered back in April, still haven't received them or a refund or any information to where my order is. I will not be ordering from sites like these again disappointing... thinking scam? No tracking to where my purchase is!!!

I ordered some sketchers back in march and still waiting for my order like every one else I email about the order and get they are in transit or the carrier database needs updating I'm so annoyed now that I'm going to trading standards about this company but they wont tell me who the carrier is or send me information about the company they are KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THEM AND DON'T ORDER ANYTHING YOU WON'T GET IT

Don't go anywhere near this Company.
I ordered the Skechers shoes on 4th May 2020 and have chased them by email every week for delivery or my money back.
They kept replying saying I should be patient as they were in transit!
Today I have received an email saying:-

"We are so sorry that the product does not suit you.
According to the guidelines of the company, we would like to inform you that, unfortunately, it is not possible to reimburse a functional product delivered without problems. A refund can only be issued if the item is damaged.
We invite you to contact us if you have any further questions or requests for information.
Thanks again for your understanding and your trust."
They are nothing but a bunch of thieves.

So called sketcher trainers!
I’m also a victim of these scammers. I placed order through Facebook in early May 20 and still being told they are in transit... where they coming from the MOON.
1) Grave mistake on my behalf not checking Ivyleo out as all these reviews are shocking.
2) Facebook - should protect users by vetting companies that advertise on their social media platform.
3) Trading Standards - they should be involved as by the looks of it there is a lot of us reporting either not received goods or items turn up that are cheap and poor quality.
4) Sketchers - Are they aware this company are using their brand name to scam good people?

A lesson learnt here don’t order anything through Facebook and always google company before parting with your hard earned cash.

I ordered Skechers Active Womens Walking Shoes from Ivyleo on the 20th April after following a link from their Facebook advert. They finally arrived in July. I wore them on 9th October, and they caused me to trip, breaking my arm. I have since found out that the tread pattern on these type of trainers can create a vacuum causing a suction force that sticks the shoes to the ground, which is exactly what happened to me, propelling me forward with extreme force. The fall resulted in several breaks to my radius and nerve damage, followed by an emergency operation to realign the bones, relieve the pressure on the nerves and insert a plate and a stay in hospital. I am self employed and have been unable to work since the accident. The shoes that I received from this company were not what I ordered, they were extremely dangerous copies. Avoid this company like the plague .

i ordered shoes in may.still not had them.now they are not answering emails.carnt get a refund.because they are in transport.what are they doing walking to me.i will not let this go.i will be taking this to trading standers,and reporting them if they dont come soon.

Ordered the first part of May for the Sketchers shoes. Just like everybody else, have never received the item. Again told in transit and cannot therefore give me a refund. Each month I email them....same excuse each time
Has anybody found out were they are located
I am sure by now they are selling other so called products under a different company name.
Love to get them shut down and charged with fraud. Anybody have any info please.

I wish I’d read the reviews before giving ivyleo my hard earned cash. They do say if it’s too good to be true, then it usually isn’t. Like everyone else it’s over 4 months since I bought a pair of sketchers. Has anyone ever received their order? Has anyone reported them to Trading Standards?

Like many other unfortunate customers, I ordered some sketchers early May and paid for them. Its now over 4 months and no delivery. I have emailed twice now - same reply, they have been shipped and until received and returned they cannot give a refund. I have never experienced such poor customer service. This company needs to be held accountable. Albeit not a huge sum, the principle will lead me to take further action. Leave this company well alone.

This is a dreadful company do not buy anything from them after over nine emails I still do not have my item or a refund all you get when you try to contact them is an automated email claiming that Covid 19 is responsible!

Ordered pair of sketchers fro. This company I. April still not received them every time I email them they say there in transit can't refund my money as they have already been dispatched last email I got was July saying you can be restassured you will receive this item still nothing I am very disappointed with this company will be seeking legal action

If i could give minus i would . Ive waited 6 monthe for my item still nothing . Same reply everytime IN TRANSIT ,for 6 month come off it ,its diabolical they shouldnt be allowed to advertise anywhere . I have no hope offreceiving my item now this makes me so angry never purchase anything from this so called company

I am absolutely disappointed with this company, I have been waiting since may for a pair of sketche shoes, I have emailed them constantly but get the same reply,your order is in transit it’s now September this company is a big disgrace

I like many ordered walking Sketchers from Pulpystore - they eventually arrived after several emails etc and are NOT Sketchers but I obtained a refund via my credit card but I have now got the shoes but no information as to returning or throwing away

Absolutely appalled at this company. As with everyone else I have been waiting since April for a pair of Sketchers shoes. I have emailed them constantly, but get the same rubbish -- 'your order is in transit', 'we cannot issue a refund as they are in transit'. 'we cannot give you the courier details as it takes several days to upload to us'. I went on to find the exact date I paid for them 07/05/2020, could not find transaction, but did find one for PULPYstore.com, which is obviously the one they have used. I have decided that I am going to take this further and ensure no one else gets conned by them.

I seem to be in the same situation as most of the people here my shoes were ordered on 5th may .
Having read most of the reviews i dont hold out much hope for a satisfactory conclusion.
This company should be blacklisted.

I have been waiting since April for a pair of sketchers. I have emailed the company, say rest assured it takes a few days upload on their system, I have emailed again no reply this was in July 2020.
£30 wasted

I ordered a pair of sketchers in March we are now at the end of August still not arrived same reply in transit they should not be aloud to still be trading this diabolical 30 pounds down the drain
