We stayed at Halsey Street for the second year in a row and love this flat. The location is perfect for access to Chelsea and Kensington. An easy walk to Sloane Square, Hyde Park, Kings Rd, Embankment. We used to live in Chelsea so returning here really feels like home. The flat is well appointed and is well suited for families. Ivy Lettings is always a pleasure to work with and we look forward to returning again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Billing Road property. It is located in a quiet neighborhood (perfect for traveling as a family) that has access to all the amenities you could need! It is a short walk to the underground, supermarket, drugstore, pubs, and restaurants. The home is very clean, wonderfully appointed, and has plenty of space to relax. The kitchen is well supplied with anything you could need to make meals at home. We really enjoyed having a quiet and comfortable place to return to after long days of sightseeing and entertainment.

My wife and I have stayed with Ivy Lettings on five visits to London during the past three years. Every stay has been extremely enjoyable. All the flats are clean and well furnished.
The staff at Ivy Lettings is very attentive to any need and the check-in and check-out procedures are simple and efficient. We look forward to returning very soon!

Donne Place is a well appointed gem in a great area. We loved the close proximity to wonderful boutique shops, great restaurants and historic pubs, and as well loved being able to walk to Harrods, the Royal Alberta & Victoria museum, Kensington Gardens and Palace and Sloane Square with the Saatchi Gallery. The layout, furnishings and amenities of Donne Place are ideal for relaxing after a long day. A previous reviewer warned about the noise from the Tube, but we were not bothered by the soft regular sound of train wheels on rails coming from beneath the house.

All communications from Ivy Lettings were clear and helpful, making check-in simple and our stay straight forward.

I highly recommend Donne Place and would gladly return.

Glendarvon was a great home for our visit to London. It provided us with all the space and amenities we needed for our family of 6. Located close to markets, restaurants, shopping and transit, it made our stay easy no matter what our plans were for the day. The neighborhood was very nice and situated right near the Thames made for nice walks. I would highly recommend this property for any families looking to stay away from the businesses of central London, but situated to get anywhere timely with the bus or rail stations near.

We very much enjoyed our time at 25B Buckland Crescent. It was quiet, comfortable and very attractive, and at the same time provided easy access to local stores and restaurants as well as the tube. The Swiss Cottage station was a short walk from the front door and we had no problem getting anywhere we wished to go. After a day in the more crowded and noisy parts of London, it was a relief to return easily to a quiet, comfortable and secure setting. We have great memories of our six weeks at 25B and hope to return someday.

We used Ivy for the first time on our trip to London and could not have been more pleased with the service and the location/flat. Communication was great and getting in the unit was easy. I will certainly look for an Ivy option first for future stays.

I have used Ivy lettings for many years. I return to London every year and always book through Ivy. Their properties are always in great locations and are clean and well maintained. The property we booked this year was fabulous. Great location, modern, spacious and clean. Ivy are always responsive and helpful.

I book accommodation through Ivy every year, for my visits back to the Uk and we have always been very pleased with the accommodation. This year, I particularly loved the apartment. It was in a great location, very close to the tube, walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets, walking distance to central London, close to Parliament etc.
It was very spacious, exceptionally clean, modern and all needs taken into account. We will certainly rebook next year.

Absolutely lovely experience staying at Parsons Green Lane during a trip to London. Extremely convenient location with the tube stop just across the street, which allowed us to easily plan daytrips, explore central London with ease and feel part of the picturesque local neighborhood as well. We looked forward to returning to the flat or having a lazy morning in as it was such a comfortable, attractive and clean space. The living space with kitchen and several grocery stores within walking distance made it easy on the occasions we ate in and the separate bedrooms were so comfortable and quiet for alone time. We enjoyed shopping at the boutique stores and walking around in the nearby parks. I went with friends however can picture coming back for a romantic getaway or with my kids as the space and neighborhood is very family friendly!

Great house! Clean, spacious, everything we needed. A little far from the most convenient tube station, but not too bad.

Great location. Only 5 mins to tube and local restaurants. Clean flat. Bonus of small outside space. Surprise but welcome provision of basic cleaning materials and toiletries. Communication from Ivy was excellent and very good on arrival day. Much better service than previous two letting agents we have used.

I decided to use Ivy Lettings rather than a large online vacation rental company because I was traveling overseas and I wanted to have a local and trustworthy point of contact in case of a problem. The staff at Ivy Lettings was very helpful and attentive in the planning process and I am happy to report that there were no problems before, during or after our stay. I will definitely use Ivy Lettings for future vacation rentals.

The property was great, exactly as advertised. Working with the Ivy team was great. They were responsive and helpful.

Our stay at Ladbroke Walk was great. The location was superb, such a charming area. It sits between two tube stations Holland Park(5 minute walk) and Notting Hill(7 minute walk). There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, mini grocers, etc in the area. The booking agents are very helpful ; they were quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. The rental had everything needed including a washer and dryer. The bathrooms are big plus there is plenty of storage. They made sure we had fans(there is no aircon), there was no issue with being hot with windows open and fans running especially at night. It looks like the pictures...very well decorated, clean with a touch of glamour!!! I would recommend others to book.

The apartment was well equipped, clean and 100% as described and depicted. A+++
The neighborhood is clean and felt very safe.
There are 2 different Underground Lines (Piccadilly and District) at the Earl Court Station which is literally less than a 5 min walk from the apartment. We were able to get everywhere easily.
The Earls Court Tavern is a 1 minute walk from the apartment. (and a TON of other food options as well) We rolled into that pub A LOT! Food and service A+

I will most certainly be using Ivy Lettings when I return to London, so grateful to have found you! :-)
