Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. We were sent the wrong log storage (due to the supplier labelling the boxes incorrectly) and Ivyline arranged for the incorrect package to be picked up and the correct one to be dropped off within that week. Furthermore when it transpired that the log store we had bought was too big for our space Ivyline line helped us to organise a return when we couldn’t order it through DPD or the Post Office. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Products very nice - colour and quality.
The delivery was not great - took a longer time than expected, poor communication.
Suppliers need to consider the whole customer experience and ensure the delivery process matches the product quality
