I ordered £103.84 worth of women’s cardigans - they looked beautiful in the online pictures. The following day, I was preparing to order more items, as they looked so nice, but noticed a discrepancy in the sizings. I had ordered some items in size 16 others in size 24, but the chest sizes on their size chart showed size 16/18(L) as 22.63 inches, & for size 24/26 (2XL) showed as 24.60 inches. Both of these measurements wouldn't even fit a small child.
I contacted the sellers who apologised (via email) & promised to send me the items in the correct sizes for my measurements. I became highly suspicious of this website, especially when I realised that there was no address given for the 'store', & also that there were no reviews on the site for any of the clothing, which I thought was highly unusual. After a number of emails back & forth with the sellers, after deciding that I wanted to cancel the order & get a full refund, I contacted PayPal to complain, as I had paid using this method. They were most helpful & opened a case for me there & then. They said that they would take it from there & that I had to allow 7 days to see if I had recieved the items, or any further contact from the seller. After 7 days, PayPal contacted me stright away & said that they (PayPal) had issued me with a full refund of £103.84. PayPal were extremely helpful & issued a refund very quickly, without me having to do anythong further. The seller continued to send emails to me saying that my order had been dispatched and would be with me very soon, but to this day (6th Jan 2026), nothing has arrived, so please do not trust anything they say. I would strongly advise potential buyers, as other reviewers have said, to avoid this website like the plague. If, like me, you take the lovely-looking site at face value, look at the site carefully & note that there are many clues that the site is not what it seems. If you do decide to buy from them, make sure that you use a payment method from which you can get assistance & a refundwhen things go wrong. Better still, just don't buy from them. I was lucky, but I fear that others did not get the goods they ordered or a satisfactory outcome.

In my opinion, I think if you look carefully you might find that this company was trading under another name not so long ago. My wife was ripped off by them, recieved a shoddy garment but had to send it back to China at her own cost. Absolute rip off merchants. Buyer beware

The quality of a cardigan was terrible its out of shape. Cheap material just not fit for purpose

Stay away from this company. Total scam. I ordered a knitted cardigan. It was hideous. When I asked for a refund I was offered a £4.00 refund on a £39.95 item. Due to the fact it would cost ME more than the price paid due to taxes ect to send it back. After replying two more times the replies I got were obviously computer generated. So they are still saying they think £4.00 is a fair refund. SO PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Ordered a coat chased it after 4 weeks said it was out of stock. Offered my a credit note I refused. Been chasing refund for 6 weeks. SCAM don’t use

After waiting for the quoted 7- 10 days my item (a faux fur gillet) hadn’t arrived. I contacted the company and they told me to use the tracking for the delivery company. I tried but it was useless and didn’t give me any information regarding the delivery of my parcel. There were then several emails telling me it was being looked into.
At this point i informed PayPal and they said they would look into my case. Two days later I got a full refund from PayPal.
The following day I got an email from Ivy saying I could choose a similar item or have a gift voucher worth £20.00 than my initial payment to them.
I told them I had been refunded by PayPal and would never buy anything from them again. I certainly didn’t want another item or a voucher.
I really wished I’d looked at Trust Pilot before I bought the item. Avoid this company at all costs!!!

If I could put zero I would! Dreadful quality trainers and sizing ridiculous. Offered a 100% voucher and keep the item or return at my own expense. Diabolical service. Would never buy from this site again. If they're willing to let you keep the item its obvious they're not worth anything.

Never received dress. Countless months of emails thank me for patience.

Do not I say do not shop with this company if you would even call it that. False advertising items look like shein but paying much more for what you think is good quality is coming from China. When you contact them no refund they offer you 10% refund and expect item to be returned in 14 days to even get that 10% back and postage is China which would cost more than the price of the item. Do not shop with them

Absolutely disgusting I ordered something 4 my birthday never came n they just reply with the same old stupid reply bk thanku 4 ur patience do nit buy from these total scam

I saw an advert on Facebook for an item of clothing that I had been looking for. Ordered a XXXL and waited - and waited. Eventually a garment arrived, from China, not Canada, the item was size M at best. No sales receipt, no paperwork of any kind, no size tab in the garment.

I asked for a refund or the right garment and was given the run around. The usual "Dear customers, we are handmade, there will be some small flaws, but it will not affect the wear. The store is willing to compensate 5 US dollars. If you have any questions, please contact us. I wish you a happy life."

My response was that "The wrong size is not a small flaw it is theft and $5 is an insult."

The advertising has now ceased and no doubt they will operate under a different name.

There is a dispute opened with PayPal, but as it has taken such a long time between the first order and today I am not too hopeful.

I will be trying to get through to Facebook later to try to get these companies either banned or vetted.

Please be warned of these people and make sure you keep all texts and messages for future reference and pay with a method that can be disputed.

Sadly, I'm having the same experience as others report. I ordered a 2XL Polo, and after several weeks a package arrived with a shirt that's about a large, at best. No size marking on the garment, but the packaging said 3XL. I asked politely for a refund and they have offered $5 instead of the $28 I spent. Does anyone here know the name they use when advertising on Instagram? Please post it here. Thanks.

Update: I am making progress with my Credit Card company to dispute this charge. They have temporarily credited my account while they work with the retailer's bank to reverse the charge. I think this is the only way to push back, and I encourage everyone with the same experience to do so.

I ordered and paid $33 for a mens vest - size 3x. After an unreasonable wait, they finally sent me a vest with the zipper on the opposite side that maybe a child could wear. Obvious oriental sizing. Like other customers, they offered me $5 to cover their inability to deliver what they sell, claiming they had already lost money.

I ordered a men's XXL sweater and they sent me one around the size of a boys medium, when I asked to return it they offered me a $5 refund on a $60 item, when I said it wasn't a satisfactory solution they said I had to pay for the shipping back to China, the site makes it look like an American company or I never would of ordered it...Now they just ignore my emails, terrible company and product...BEWARE

This item may have come quickly and actually fitted but, it smelt of plastic and was of very poor quality.
Avoid at ALL COSTS.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS - Paid for express ship 4-7 days, 10 days later I have not received the item. I wish hubby had of checked on here before ordering as he was very excited to get these items. Have been provided with a shipping number and it doesn't work. After reading all of the reviews on here, so worried if we ever receive the items, that they will even fit :(

Zero stars. Sweater is really poor quality with no labels inside and size was not true. Ordered XXL but more like small. Trying to arrange a refund but getting no answer from them. Avoid this site.

I never received my delivery. It has been 1.5 months. Do not buy from here!! Customer service is atrocious!!
