Would give zero if I could. AVOID!!!!

Avoid at all costs. I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. I ordered a squid game tracksuit for Halloween and after waiting THREE WEEKS for it to be delivered, only the tracksuit top arrived. Horrid company who falsely claim 5 stars on Trustpilot. The sooner this company is shut down the better.

Boots are nothing like what is advertised - ugly and ill fitting

Avoid using this company - boots are ugly, ill-fitting and looked nothing like what was advertised and their returns policy is awful!!

You get much better on Temu!!!!!!! and at £40 the expectation is that the boots would at least be made of sturdier material.

Returns policy - is awful. These are the options that were available to me.

Option1 - 10% refund to your original payment method plus a 50% voucher (both based on the value of the boots). I WAS NOT INTERESTED AND REQUESTED A FULL REFUND.

Option 2 - 100% voucher for the full value of the boots, which can be used for any item in our store (no return necessary if you select this option) - NOTHING WAS SUITABLE!!!

Option 3 - Option 3: Return the boots to our international warehouse in Canada at your expense (estimated shipping cost: £20–£80). Once received and inspected, you’ll receive a full refund. Please note customs fees may apply. THE BOOTS WERE £39 SO WHY WOULD I WANT TO REUTRN THEM FOR MORE THAN I PAID FOR THEM!!!!!

Avoid using them. The boots that they sent were awful material, ill-fitting and you could get much better on Temu for 4 times less the price!!!!!!!

I ordered two “Cashmere” tops from them and they were quite obviously synthetic. I kept them as they were soft and washed well. So I ordered more of the same tops. The parcel was delivered to the wrong address and was never found. I started a refund process to which they initially agreed. From that day I received an email every day telling me my refund was going ahead but their finance department was having problems, and even putting the blame on PayPal. I eventually turned to PayPal who immediately agreed to refund me. I advised them to stop working with the company and its associates.

AVOID ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS Lesson learnt always check reviews ! Ordered an item that never arrived was I'm transit for ages then returned to sender ! On emailing them for a refund I was told initially I would receive one .! Then courier had tried to deliver it ...lie ! ....and it was now at the Post Office ...... lie ! No notification of any attempted delivery However as I had failed to collect it had been returned to sender ! Clearly I need to improve my telepathy skills ! This is a total c*** and bull story I don't believe the item was ever sent I have today received a
partial refund and emailed them to tell them exactly what I think of them 👍

Crap hiking trainers

I ordered some non slip hiking trainers and the image was of a robust, well made pair of trainers, what I received was the equivalent of a cheap pair of beach shoes.
When I asked to return for a refund I was told that the shipping cost would be too expensive and was offered a 10% refund and to keep the shoes.
£3.50 was better than nothing, I have been wearing them at work for 3 days and they they are coming apart already.
SHOCKING is all I can say!!!

Minus stars infact! Fraudsters

Minus stars infact!! Ordered a coat, the one turned up was completely different! Not even same colour, different style and very cheap! Sent photos to ask what had gone wrong? They agreed I had bed. Sent the wrong item and said would sent the correct one straight away. 3 days later they emailed to say actually they have sent the correct coat, but if I have changed my mind I can pay to return it to Canada at my own expenses. Emails have gone back and forth for 2 weeks, they have offered me various discounts off another order!! They will not pay for the return or refund my money. Fraudsters!!! Using photos to advertise stuff they don’t actually sell then saying you have to pay to send it back!! Disgraceful service! Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

Do not purchase anything from this…

Do not purchase anything from this site, I ordered 2 linen shorts and shirt sets for holiday 21 days ago been out for delivery since 19th
Oct and still haven't recieved my order. Was offered a refund 100% on their site, why would I want to them again, or return which will cost £20-£80 which they stated. If you order anything and you do finally get it then you can't send back as too costly. I placed my order on the 3rd October. Absolutely disgusting, I only gave 1 star as can't do nil, poor customer service, if you go onto their site it states easy returns process great customer service which is rubbish

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A SCAM!!

I purchased two items from this Company. They took my money before letting me know that they did not actually have the items in stock. They offered an alternative which I accepted.

They chose to use Evri as their courier service. On the Evri App it states that they accepted the goods on 4th October and on 11th October the status on their site states 'out for delivery'. As of today, 22nd October the status has not changed and I have still not received the goods. Evri claim they cannot find the items. I purchased these goods for my upcoming holiday and the items are unlikely to arrive on time and I am now thinking that even if they eventually find the items they may not actually look as the picture shows.

I contacted IvyShape and they refuse to give me my money back, stating that they have to do a full investigation and find out where the goods are before they will give me my money back. This should not be my problem but a conflict that should be dealt with themselves and Evri. I actually think this is a bogus company that are scamming people.

As a consumer, I am entitled to get a refund if the goods have not arrived. It has been over 20 days and counting. In essence they are saying that until they find the goods they will not be giving me my money back. They do not comply with any regulations so please be aware about this company and do not purchase from them.

Due to there desperation in trying not to reimburse me, I can only imagine what the quality of the goods are!

Dreadful robbers, prey on victims

Dreadful, lying, deceitful company;takes money & sends ridiculous rubbish in place of proper items. NO INTEGRITY PLEASE ASK CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR PAYPAL for assistance in obtaining REFUND IN FULL: DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK. I read 100s of reviews and only 2 told me that they received a full refund. You can get monies back in days. Take photos of items and original listings online. State that the items are poorly made, tiny sized, poor quality and not fit for purpose. I kept items and got in touch with PayPal after 20+ emails to an AI BOT, which will wear you out. Have patience, they are hoping you are so busy that you get fed up and just forget the money. As I’d had an operation and was waiting for ORTHOPEDIC bras, I couldn’t drive or work, consequently read all articles about this bogus company. Got my money back through PayPal after 7 days, just took photos of what turned up, I weighed items to show what absolute nonsense they sent, bras were lighter than the 35gram packaging they came in and wouldn’t fit an 11 year old! Please get credit card involved and do not let this company continue to rob people.

Scammers avoid

If I could give minus stars I would. This company is a scam. Products poor quality. I.e the raincoat I bought wouldn’t keep you dry in a light shower. They offered me a 50% refund and keep the product but they want me to close down the PayPal case first. Absolutely no - if I did this I would not get any refund as I can’t re-open the PayPal case or raise another. They offered 100% refund but I’d have to return the postage to Canada up to £80 postage. The item cost £35.10 with postage. Still at loggerheads as PayPal insist they can and should refund on an open case. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I wish I’d have seen all the 1 stars before I purchased from them.
I ordered a raincoat and to cut a long drawn out story short it never arrived.
The customer services is not good at all, I was bombarded with emails from them each saying something different, it was unnecessary and without a solution.

After many email exchanges explaining in detail this resulted in them promising a new coat,surprisingly not it was not delivered.

I then got a barrage of emails saying the original coat had been delivered, round and round in circles.
In searching I think the coat is actually on Temu for way less. Probably not quality either.
Rubbish customer services, avoid!

Appalling - DON'T TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE

Appalling products. Should have checked reviews before purchasing, but that's on me! Ordered a raincoat - looked beautiful and of good quality. When it eventually arrived, it bore no resemblance whatsoever to the pictures and was of such flimsy material it would have blown off in bad weather, let alone protected you against the rain. It looked like it had been made by a 5 year old and was so badly sewn, it was embarrassing. Battled with what is probably a 'bot' to return item, only to be told it will have to be sent to Canada at my expense!! Totally against UK statutory rights. I do not trust this company to accept the product as 'not worn, or 'undamaged', so have taken a video of it and of my packaging it up and taking it to the Post Office as evidence. Luckily I purchased through Paypal so if they don't return my money I will be going through them. DON'T TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE!!!

I reluctantly gave one star as this company does not deserve any. Has a nice website showing what looks like quality items from a company based in Germany. Please do not be fooled.
