Clear case of "Over promise - under deliverer"
I had a terrible experience with this firm. After a couple of visits we agreed on a bespoke wardrobe layout pending technical drawings. They made me pay a deposit and after that they sent me drawings that departed from our requirements and agreement. The drawings displayed massive gas between drawers and panels. As big as 100mm. They tried to explain that due to the fact that the wardrobe is large they could not deliver without the gaps for the sliding doors to close. I have stopped immediately the project and demanded a refund for my deposit due to "misdescribed goods". They refused to refund the deposit in full and want to keep part of it. I find this very cheeky coming from somebody that lied and wasted my time delivering nothing. I would stay away from those guys if I were you. No refund yet - Trading standards notified and I will go as far as I need to recover my loss from those cowboy traders

If you like getting robbed, this is the place to call..They gave me an astronomical quote and refused to come take measurements without paying a deposit.

Alex was fantastic. Although it was a small job he did it very professionally and the end result was great.

iwardrobes designed and installed two large wardrobes for us. They are of excellent quality and look beautiful. The installation was done professionally and efficiently; a couple of final adjustments were also made as needed. So we are very pleased with the end product.

I had iwardrobes build a wardrobe in my red brick funny shaped flat two years ago, and it was amazing! When I moved this year to a bigger red brick funny shaped new flat I called Alex and in two weeks they made the most perfect fitted wardrobe I could ask! We asked to not hide but highlight the “feature” of the weirdly angled wall with an open shelves structure beside a three meters sliding door wardrobe and the result is even better then what I envision! Alex is great he totally understood what we wanted and the fitters are really masters of the art! I couldn’t be happier!

iWardrobe visited our house to measure up the space and talk us through their ideas. They have a great selection of finishes to suit every taste and budget. We then received a first design iteration which was tweaked and changed to my exact needs / dimensions. Three weeks later the bespoke wardrobe was in place and it looks fantastic. Could not be happier and will definitely use them again.

The company was very efficient and quick to respond to our initial enquiry and was able to help produce a wardrobe to fit in an awkward spot with uneven walls. Alex was very helpful and after designing the wardrobe was also willing to take on additional work in producing a kitchen dresser for another unusual spot. I would highly recommend and should we need to use them again in the future.

Iwardrobes have now completed 3 projects for us and we are absolutely delighted with the work carried out by Alex and his team. Even some challenges, that surfaced in the middle of the build, were calmly considered and smoothed over. We have no hesitation in using this company again and recommending them to others.

We live in an old cottage which means nothing in the house is straight. We wanted sliding wardrobes, which other companies said was impossible but iWardrobes were able to do exactly as we wanted. Great service and Alex and his team were supper efficient in fitting them. They look stunning.

Highly recommend. The only problem we have is one of the sensor lights isn’t working as well but they have assured us they will come and fix it as soon as possible.

Great work. I am very pleased with design and final outcome. Highly recommend.

Waste of time. We got an appointment booked for person to visit place and gave all the details regarding expectations and designs. He left promising to get back with quote within weeks time . It’s been 5 months 😂 now and no sign of them. Avoid these unprofessionals to save time.

Alex and his installation team were excellent. Alex worked hard to ensure a clear understanding of the design and what we wanted. They executed well to that design. It was a tricky built in bed / wardrobe. The installation team was polite, very tidy and did an excellent job. I have high expectations and iwardrobes exceeded those expectations.

Excellent work, clean, tidy, polite, respectful to surrounding decor!

It has been very lovely knowing and working with Alex and the lovely team.
Very professional and very efficient, also the quality of the wood and the way it looks is amazing.

They left the place as if there was no workshop happening all cleaned and anything that has been moved put back in its place.

Really recommend this company and I have done a lot of research before finding this one and I think it's the best you will find and for the price your paying for.
