Do not buy!!!!!! Do not buy!!!!!! Do not buy!!!!! Never trusted these to good to be true deals. Wish I’d stuck to it. Can’t believe these z listers are getting away with advertising them.

I did wait a few weeks more than I was told I would wait and it was eventually blamed on COVID 19 SHOCK! I messaged them to ask when I would receive the item and she advised another 2-3 days i wasn’t holding my breath and that DAY Hermes delivered my parcel! They weren’t who was supposed to be delivering it and I’m not surprised it too so long if I knew it was them I would have avoided😂 absolute hassle with Hermes every time, got the watch and to be honest it’s nothing like they advertised (so called celebrities) it doesn’t do half the things they said and I can’t get anything on it to connect to iPhone or work as it should do!

It does look nice but serves no purpose so won’t be advising anyone else to get one.

Both my husband and I saw an endorsement on Instagram from Lydia Bright and with a 50% discount thought it was a great idea to order one each.... how wrong could we have been!
I feel so foolish as we normally do our research but fell into the trap.. a celebrity it telling us how amazing this watch is so she must be right?!
After over 2 weeks and still not receiving anything I checked the tracking which hasn’t changed in 7 days so sent an email Via their ‘contact Us’ tab on the website to only be told the shipping has nothing to do with them and it will be resolved soon..
I then researched but the couriers and I-watch to my horror both had terrible reviews and unfortunately wasn’t the only person to have fallen foul of the celeb endorsement.
I have contacted and reported to the police so hopefully this website will be closed down so no one else can be subject to this fraud.
I doubt I will ever receive my nearly £200 back. But I have learnt my lesson!

I ordered a watch following from a swipe up on Instagram from Olivia Bowen, I haven’t received the watch and keep getting automated emails to say it’s on its way. It’s now been 4 weeks since I ordered and nothing!

I cannot believe these celebs are getting behind these companies !!!

I have not received my watch after Demi Jones off loveisland was recommending it and also putting a discount code up as well! So annoyed that I’ve been scammed! When celebrities are advertising them !

Been waiting now 6 weeks and still no watch has arrived, sent numerous e-mails with a response from a margoux C claiming 4 different delivery dates added into an auto response! Was told it’s being held at border by 4PX and now I’ve asked for a refund I’ve had no response!! Trusted this site due to the celebrities advertising it!!!! SCAM

Absolutely heart broken , my daughter ordered a iwatch out of her own money 5 weeks ago . Still hasn’t arrived , I have emailed them 4 times and no response. I have now asked for a refund which I can’t see happening . Is there anything the bank can do ? Shall I report it as fraud

PLEASE DO NOT BUY- This is a scam and I cannot believe CHLOE FERRY endorsed this seller. I placed my order since 29th of June and shortly after that, I started getting loads of emails with various offers to buy at a discount price. The email was from various agents but Margaux c is the prominent one.The email stopped when I queried my order and no response at all abt the status of my order. Shame on this celebrities endorsing these scammers. I will not stop posting negative feedback abt this seller and the celebrities endorsing them.Buyers beware

Do not buy!!! I did receive my watch but the strap broke within a few days. I’ve sent a few emails on how I go about getting my money back as the product it poor and still yet to receive an email back. I put my trust in Olivia & Alex Bowen & Courtney black as I didn’t think they would advertise poor products or were just in it for the money but I was wrong. Very disappointed!!!

Well I've been scammed too. No watch after 3 weeks and no reply to any contact I've tried to have with them. I did however then act as if I was buying another watch on their site and didnt put in my details for payment they have been bombarding me with emails since to complete my purchase and when I reply as to why they can't reply to my original order they never get back to me. Total scam. Chloe Ferry was showing these off on snap Chat.

Ordered a month ago still haven't received. I asked to cancel the order they replied and said no problem. Once item received I can return it... sent me return address which was In Mexico !
When I chase it with the company says it’s stuck at the boarder.

Ordered watches after celebrity endorsement on snap chat. Order never arrived. And when asked for replacement or refund. Get various templated replies from they send orders via their 4PX courier (whose tracking details never work) or order is stuck at the “border” I’ve had approx 5 different expected delivery dates.... and now they’re blaming delivery delays on corona virus. (Not had trouble receiving orders from anyone else) DO NOT BUY No real customer service templated replies. God only knows how Chloe Ferry actually got her i watch. She’s promoting a product from a company that’s just a scam.

It’s a scam , do not buy from this company. They will take the payment and never deliver the watches . Not sure how Olivia Buckland got hers!!

Bought 3 watches last month. Still has not arrived. Tracking order doesn’t work with the company they told me they used.
A celebrity endorsement from Instagram was how I came across these watches.
Have been getting emails every single day saying about the orders update on delivery, my favourite one was that they was ‘stuck in a traffic jam’
Just all seems like a scam, and it is too good to be true! Do not use!

Not actually received the watches so this is technically fraud.

Extremely frustrated!!
