I won a fair amount on iWin Fortune and followed all their instructions to withdraw. After waiting 21+ working days (not even counting weekends), they claimed a "bank error" sending to my Nationwide account and reversed the money back into my casino balance.
I then requested a BTC withdrawal — and now that’s also close to the maximum time limit with no response again.
Live chat put me in 24th position in queue (usually it’s only 1–2 people), and no one answered. I’ve left messages, tried email, and reached out — nothing.
This feels like a deliberate delay tactic or worse. I’m now escalating it to forums, watchdogs, and legal options if needed.
⚠️ Be careful – they seem fine when taking deposits, but vanish when it’s time to pay. I’ll update this review if they resolve it, but right now I feel completely ignored and robbed.
