While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. Written by the company

iYan is not another AI assistant. It is a sovereign harness layer that sits between your organization and the language models you choose to use, giving your teams a unified, secure workspace without ever exposing your data to external jurisdictions. Model-agnostic architecture. You decide which models power your instance. Connect your own API keys via standard interfaces, or run open-source models locally and entirely on your servers, under your keys, with your audit trail. No forced vendor. No black-box routing. Orchestration via open protocol. iYan integrates natively with your ecosystem ERP, CRM, email servers, databases, and custom internal tools without duplicating data or forcing migration. Five unified modules feed into a persistent relational memory that survives beyond a single conversation: contextual AI Chat, encrypted Vault with instant semantic recall, Kanban project boards, multimedia Studio, and Share for unified team memory. Deployment flexibility. Start on managed sovereign SaaS, transition to hybrid, or deploy fully on-premise on your own bare metal or private cloud. No vendor lock-in. Total reversibility: export everything and leave at any time. Built for organizations where data residency is non-negotiable: financial services, insurance, law, accounting, healthcare, and public institutions. End-to-end encryption. Granular access controls. Full activity logging. Aligned with your internal governance and regulatory obligations.

What sold us on iYan.ai was simple

What sold us on iYan.ai was simple: our data never leaves our infrastructure. In an era where most AI tools quietly ship conversations to third party clouds, iYan gives us a sovereign workspace where we retain full ownership.
The relational memory eliminates repetitive context-building, and the model-agnostic architecture means zero lock-in - we control which providers we use, if any.
Yes, it requires intentional deployment. But for a team operating under strict confidentiality and regulatory scrutiny, that effort buys us a level of security and governance that no SaaS chatbot can match.
