While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

SCAM never return your deposit

SCAM – Never return your deposit!

I rented a car in Oman from 13 to 15 March. The car was returned in perfect condition. Today is 2 June – that's nearly 2.5 months (79 days) and they still haven't returned my 100 OMR deposit (around $260).

I have contacted my bank. They confirmed that the full amount of 100 OMR was debited from my account, not frozen, not held – taken.
I demand the immediate refund of 100 OMR to my debit card! Support ignores me or gives empty promises.
You have ignored my messages in WhatsApp.
This company is a disgrace to the entire country. I will never set foot in Oman again because of thieves like this. Avoid at all costs!

Security deposit never refunded

Security deposit never refunded despite the car being returned in perfect condition and signed off with no damage.

After several emails and providing bank statements, customer service keeps going in circles, giving contradictory answers (“we’re checking”, then “refund was automatic so it’s done”) without providing any proof or transaction reference.

Unprofessional handling, no accountability, and extremely frustrating experience.
I strongly recommend being very careful with deposits if you rent from this company

SHADY SAUDIS DON'T REFUND

SHADY SAUDIS - CAR BROKE DOWN AND WHEN THEY CAME TO COLLECT IT OVER 10 DAYS BEFORE I WAS DUE TO HAND IT BACK, THEY SAID THEY WOULD CHECK IT AND REFUND ME. SINCE THEN I'VE MOVED BACK TO THE UK AND EVERY WEEK I AM ASKING WHERE THE REFUND IS AND I FILLED IN ALL THEIR STUPID FORMS ASKING ME THE NAME OF MY FATHER (!!!) I GAVE THE IBAN NUMBER SO THEY CAN REFUND ME IN THE ACTIVE ACCOUNT AND STILL I GET EMAIL REPLIES SAYING "REFUND IS BEING PROCESSED, WE WILL TRANSFER THE AMOUNT VERY SOON" TYPICAL THIEVING SAUDIS!!! ALWAYS TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NEVER REFUND IT! DON'T TRUST ANY OF THEM OR GO WITH THIS COMPANY. STICK TO GLOBAL COMPANIES WHEN HIRING A CAR. EVEN THEIR PHONE NUMBER HAS NO HELPLINE FOR SAUDI - TELLS YOU A LOT...
