One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a vendor. Not only was the product a knock off but it was sized incorrectly. They refused to credit or provide me with a return mailing. The email kept saying "You special order; You not return" over and over again. It is clear this is made in a Chinese and probably poor working conditions for the folks making the dresses. I was charged an exchange rate on my bank account and fighting tooth line and sinker to get a refund from my bank! Run like hell; do not consider shopping here.

Be aware of this company!!! This company SELLS COPIES of famous brands which are moreover MADE IN POOR-QUALITY. I (with my lawyer) exchange with this company 74 e-mails in order to submit a complaint against dresses made with defects during the warranty period. This company DOESN'T GUARANTEE usual rights provided by european companies, such as WARRANTY, RIGHT TO RETURN, REPAIR or REPLACE the product or the right to a REFUND for your dresses, they will maximally propose you 10% discount on your next order, which is hilarious.

I bought a mother of the bride dress from this company. I received it promptly as stated. I ordered a US size 12 . When I received the dress, it says size 12 but when I tried it on I could not even close the zipper. I contacted them within 5 hours of receiving the dress. I measured the dress and sent them a photo of it on me with the back open because I could not close the zipper. They then proceeded to tell me that I ordered a small size and it was my fault that I did not follow their sizing chart. They will not accept it back. They told me that if I go to a local tailor and have it altered to my specific measurement, they wil look into paying me partially for the cost of the repair. Obviously, they know that they can't stand behind their product so they are telling me to bring it to a local tailor. But they will not tell me how much they will reimburse. Ultimately, I cannot return it and have my money back once I have it altered. I called my credit card company if they can withdraw the payment made to the company. However, I was told that since they sent me a product, whether it is the correct size or not, they cannot do anything about it . My best recourse is to go to better business bureau if this company is local. This company is based in China.In my case, I hope that by writing this review, other buyers will be made aware of the scam this company operates on.

After seeing a picture of a BHLDN dress online, I was planning to have a local dressmaker make a similar dress for me. However, my mum found the same dress on Izidress and we decided (after consulting the dressmaker) to take a gamble. As the weeks past I began to get more worried, made worse by discovering the reviews on trustpilot and other sites about Izidress... My dress arrived today and I have to say I'm pretty surprised. Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't recommend anyone buys a dress from here hoping the end product will be perfect. It will definitely need tailoring and re-jigging. However, the dress I picked has what what would have been very expensive appliqueing on and the fact that is beautifully done on the Izidress version has saved me a lot of money. I couldn't wear it as it is, but if you can find a good dress maker to tweak it then the dresses actually not bad

My advice is: order a massive size (I did three up from my own and it fits well) and then take it to a dressmaker - its much nicer than I expected!

they lied all through their description of the dress and when it came and it was wrong they refuse to refund me.

I bought a dress from izidress not so long ago. The dresses looked really pretty on the photos and the prize was also good ( the prizes were said to be reduced from 580$ to 95$). First of all it was said that the dress is going to be send to me in 5-8 days, which was not true, it was at my place a lot! later. When i opened the package i was seriously shocked! The dress was completely difeferent as it looked on the photos, not only a bit. Since the dress was for prom and it still costed quite a bit for me i still tried it on. The outcome of trying it on was worse than i imagined. When i had the dress on it looked even more awful than i already thought. The size was wrong (even though i measured it throughly) the pattern looked completely different, the fabric felt awful and it didn't fit in the slightest. The dresses come from somewhere in asia and you will never see your money that you spend on the dress again. I would never reccomend buying a dress from there you will only be dissapointed. Hope this helps a bit and sorry if i made some mistakes since english isn't my mother tongue.

I ordered a mother-of-the-bride dress that looked beautiful on-line. Received it yesterday in the mail - the color wasn't the same and I couldn't even get the dress on. There is so much material to it, no "give" to the material and the quality is extremely poor. It seriously looks like a new seamstress's first attempt! Now I've e-mailed the company 3 times with no response and called to hear only a busy signal. Check out their return policy..."Please be aware that due to the nature of the handiwork required, the finished gown may vary approximately 1=3" either way". They encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments. Seriously??? Who does that? And here's a another note within their policies, "Perceived color differences due to your computer monitor display will not be exchanged...". They also will not process any refunds (which would exclude shipping & handling) on returns without prior knowledge of it being returned. How am I supposed to do that when they don't answer my e-mails or phone call? I do not know how these people are getting away with this. They haven't heard the last from me!

Do not order by izidress. I never do it again. They cannot produce good dresses with good quality. I habe ordered three dresses and the are all ruined. I habe more costs to change the by a tailor. And all I have get are 15€ back. Absolutely not amused about this firm.

Those angry reviews are from people who did not read the info provided on the website. Follow the size chart and your dress will not be too small. It appears the dresses are according to Asian sizes. I am a size 8 and ordered a size 12. The dress fit like a glove and is well made. Silver color is more of a gray but that is what I wanted. Also, you can return the dress only if Izidress screwed up. I ordered on April 27 and received dress on May 14. I will order from this company again.

No matter how much you love the photo of any dress--do not order from Izy. The details of the dress I ordered indicate that the embellishments are beading. The embellishments on the dress I received are bright, gold, shiny sequins (glitzy, cheap), beading (understated, elegant) The dress is hideous. Instead of the skirt having a simple, chic line made possible by the flat pleats, the dress I received is gathered all the way around. I could be pregnant and no one would know. The skirt was sewn on crooked making the line of the embellishments crooked. The fabric is cheap, similar to that used in a wedding veil. Instead of champagne, the color I received was yellow. Izy customer service said that the dress I received was 90% close to the photos I sent. I would say it is 10% close to the dress I received. And, besides, where in their ads do they say you can expect the dress to be CLOSE to the photo, rather than being exactly like the photo. Customer service responses have not addressed my main concerns and only offered me a 10% discount on my next dress. Who in their right mind would order a 2nd time when the quality of the first was so bad and when Izy doesn't have the integrity to stand behind their merchandise and make it right--in customer service's words, "because of the minimal cost."

Again, DO NOT TRUST THOSE PICTURES! They cannot manufacture them, they are incompetent !!! (Ezidressbuy AND THEIR OTHER SIMILAR WEBSITES)

I ordered two customized dresses, one for my daughter and one for me, from Ezidressbuy. They had so many absolutely gorgeous dresses, it took us a while to choose and couldnt wait for them to arrive. What horror when we opened the package. We have not only lost $AU500 but trust in ANY online shop. Here is what we have been SCAMMED about:

1. DRESSES ARE NOT AS PER PICTURE
-The Teal dress in the picture has a satin belt in the waist. The dress we received has a chiffon belt!
-The Teal dress in picture has the embellishments sewn under beneath the belt, the dress we received it stops about 2cm above the belt showing the bright creme bodice backing!
-The Teal dress in the picture has a skin/nude color bodice backing, the dress we received has a bright creme bodice backing.

2. DRESSES ARE NOT AS PER PRODUCT DETAIL
The Royal Blue dress was supposed to be in JERSEY fabric, the dress i received was made from cheap, thin, shiny trilobal/polyester fabric.

3. CUSTOM SIZED BUT TOO SHORT
The Royal Blue dress is too short. I cannot wear any shoes with it

4. EXTREMELY POOR WORKMANSHIP
On both dresses not enough embellishments was sewn on to cover the bodice/backing on the upper part of the dress. By doing this it changes the complete "look" of the dress. The embellishments where also not applied evenly over the bodice, leaving the dress look unfinished on one side.

5. POOR QUALITY FABRIC
The Royal Blue dress - The fabric had thread rips, it looks like a cat got his claws into the fabric, probably caused by poor packaging. The embellishments ripped into the fabric because no protective layer was put in between when it was packed.

As i have said, both dresses are for my Son's wedding ! I have chucked both dresses in the rubbish bin as im aware that i cannot return it because it was "custom" made and with the research on the company i have now, i know, there is no chance in hell to recover ANY money. However, this company is steam rolling the internet with all the "gorgeous garments", making a fortune and nobody can stop them? I have noticed a few other websites with the same web design layout, which immediately made me suspicious. They obviously operate more than one website, imagine the deviousness. Makes my skin crawl . . .

Ordered the dress online and the service was superb. They even sized my dress exactly as requested and it fit perfect.

Would definitely order from them again.

I ordered a halter dress from them and i received a strapless dress. Even though the picture, title and neckline description says halter it is NOT. Also the crafstmanship of the dress was not good. Thread strings were everywhere. I wanted to return the dress because i didnt want a strapless dress and the company refused to accept my return and told me the dress does not have to be a halter dress and they would offer me $10 refund and 5% off my next purchase. I insisted i wanted to return the dress and they offered to pay half the cost of me having a tailor attach a halter to the dress. I didnt accept. Thats ridicolous I have to pay additional money for something that should have been there in the first place AND they are only willing to pay Half the cost! ALL problems are handled through emails which the company is slow to responding too. I had to wait 10 hours for a response each time I emailed them. Nerve racking. This company stressed me out and gave me a hard time about something that was their fault. I will not be ordering anything else from them again. And its true, you are not able to leave a negative review on thier website. Buyer Beware....if there are any problems with your dress, they will not accept a refund and they will be cheap about rectifying the problem. Izidresses.com you should be ashamed of how you treat your customers. People will not order from you again and will spread the word about your bad customer service, return policy and craftmanship of dresses. Your company will lose big business. Keep up the bad work... such a terrible way of conducting business!

I bought 3 dresses, none of them are anything like the actual dresses I ordered.
The company don't care and are in denial about doing anything wrong!
DO NOT BUY from this company

I just need everyone out there to know that you do NOT want to purchase anything from this company. I ordered gowns for a formal event, choosing the customized option at an additional fee so that the gown would fit comfortably.
I was horrified when a month later my gowns (2) arrived rolled up in a ball and stuffed into a thin plastic DHL bag!
When I got them out, aside from being VERY wrinkled, the sequins on one gown had damaged the other on the outermost layer of netting.
In addition to that, the gowns were both made 6 inches too short (they had my height and the hemline measurement taken by a professional)!! Floor length gowns look ridiculous when they are too short to be floor length and not short enough to be tea length.
So these are not wearable and the company refuses to do anything about it.
They offer to give me a discount on another order. HA HA!

Long story short.... tell everyone and don't order from these thieves!

I bought the white version of this dress. The material isn't great. It isn't really worth buying. The dress looks almost different with the picture. The only resemblance is the structure of the dress. The quality can’t be compared with the dress from mileyshouse.com.

We purchased a mother of the bride gown for my mother. We received her dress and it was about 5 sizes too small, the zipper in the back was not centered, the bust was WAY uneven, and the hook closure at the top of the zipper was broken. They had me send pictures of us measuring it, and said the pictures were not 'clear enough' and that the tape measure was 'too tight'. They just didn't want to see it and will not own up to their mistakes!...so here we are stuck with a $180 piece of garbage dress that they will not take back. They said they hope I can resell it.....worst company ever.

Sure wish I could figure out how to post a photo on this page. (then I wouldn't even have to explain!) The dress we received was in no way comparable to the dress we received. This is a knock-off company. The dresses are not exactly as photographed. Very disappointed and even more disgusted with the customer service to file our complaint. I asked on the chat line before I ordered if the dresses were as they appear in the photos. They assured me that they were. ....so I ordered the dress. When trying to communicate to return the dress I have been treated as if I were the one who deceived them!!!

I HAD A REFUND FOR MY DRESS. I TOOK PICTURE OF THE DRESS. THEN I WROTE TO THEM TO LET THEM KNOW I WILL CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF MY STATE IF I DON’T GET A REFUND FOR THE DEFECTIVE DRESS. The dress I ordered for my son’s wedding came in with one seam on the right side and one seam on the left BACK. I HAD AN EXCEPTIONAL DEFECTIVE DRESS. They did not pay for the shipping fees I had to pay to return the dress because their policy says the customer has to pay. I’m not done yet with them. May be they are from CHINA BUT I AM FROM USA. I will post everywhere I can to let people know not to buy a dress from these people. It took me forever to finally get a refund for my dress.

I sent the measurements specified (bust, waist, hip and length) and received the dress promptly -- perhaps 3-4 weeks. It was beautifully made and just as described and pictured. They were also very accommodating when I requested 3 additional sashes in different colors, as I could not decide which to choose. The extra charge was quite reasonable. The only problem is the upper arm on the sleeves is extremely tight, and I will have to insert gussets. My upper arms are not thin, but they are not overly large either. I would suggest that an upper arm measurement be added to the required measurements requested by the company.
