Second pair, same problem - frame breaks
Whilst I love the shape and feel of Izipizi glasses, I have had two break in exactly the same place - top rim of the frame near the nose bridge. I haven't dropped them and always take care as if they were a prescription set. Yesterday, I saw a client with an Izipizi case. She said she had exactly the same issue - and whilst had the case, was wearing a different brand of glasses! Come on Izipizi - your frames need to be of stronger material!

Initially I rated IZIPZI with a score of "one star" as I had purchased a pair of readers that failed in months due to the lefthand arm breaking. But this was rectified with a response from their team within hours of my initial complaint, apologising & the offer to replace them with proof of purchase.
The replacements arrived within 48hrs ............
OUTSTANDING SUPPORT & RETCAVCATION of an issue I thought would leave me stranded.

I had a wonderful experience at Izipizi on Kings Road thanks to Marta. She was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Her knowledge about the different styles and lenses was impressive. She patiently helped me try on several frames until I found the perfect fit. Marta gave honest and helpful advice without being pushy. I really appreciated her attention to detail and professionalism. She also shared useful tips on how to care for my new glasses. Very expensive return...
Bought a few sunglasses for my baby to try out the different colour and shape - did not expect how expensive the return postage is from the UK to France. I tried to look on John Lewis before ordering but the one I would like to order is not available locally.
It is ridiculous to use DHL as return courier, the international postage is very expensive, which is over the half price of a pair of glasses. I would appreciate an option to send the return back by the service we select locally. I will not order from this website again.

Amazing sunglasses

I have owned 3 pairs of ezipizi glasses…
I have owned 3 pairs of ezipizi glasses and ALL three have broken at the connection of the arm to the frame. There is a design fault at this point and it will continue to happen.
Shame they have this weakness as i like the look.

Painful return process
I had three two pairs of glasses shipped to the US, which qualified for "free shipping". However, I accidentally ordered the wrong style. So I went to activate the 30-day return. I have to pay for the return shipping - not unreasonable - but what I wasn't expecting was the return note would state that I would only receive $37.85 of the $50 I paid for each pair. When I contacted customer service I was first told that this was a "fee is set by our logistics partner due to customs and international shipping costs". When I questioned this and asked how this could be possible when the website states free shipping and at no point during checkout was this fee called out separately, the representative changed their story and said it was likely due to locally applied sales tax. Which also didn’t make sense as in the US sales tax is added to the price, not included in it.
It was only when I posted a negative review to Trustpilot that I finally got an email confirming that I would be refunded the full amount.

Paid returns
Ordered several models to see which best fits me with a plan to return those that don't. It turned out that the returns are paid by me (no free returns) and the amount is about 30% of the price. I know it is my mistake as I did not read the policy, but who does? In times where most of the retailers offer free returns. Much disappointed, but I assume that is because they get a lot of returns...

A very attentive and considerate shop…
A very attentive and considerate shop employee, nice frames and very low prices, simple and uncomplicated.
Short product life
This is the 3 rd pair of reading glasses that break beyond repair. I have used them happily and cared for them however the frame just cracked around the lenses.
Rather disappointing as I really love them. No more tries.
After contacting ….@izipizi.com as suggested in their reply, I haven’t heard from them yet.

Awful return policy
Bought a pair of attractive reading glasses that were too small for my wife. Their return portal didn't work so had to get them to e-mail me the return paperwork but they don't send you a return shipping label just the forms you need to send them back. Took the reading glasses to UPS Store in a small envelope and the cost to ship them back was a whopping $29 due to them being in some remote location. Needless to say, I decided to keep the reading glasses and won't be shopping with them again.

While I was quite satisfied with the lenses, the side junction broke down within a couple of months - not acceptable especially since I was only using them at my desk to work on my laptop so nothing to justify it. I feel ripped off, at 40euros the glasses should last more than a couple of months.
