Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Denied my cancellation of items as they promised to deliver my clothes by given date as i flew out the next day. Chased them up for a week before my outfit should have been delivered, kept saying its still not ready which then turned into them ignoring all emails and messages and calls. They copy & paste terms and conditions instead of replying to your query and ignored the fact i had emailed proof of them saying they can deliver on time. It has now been a week, i have left the UK and still theres no update on the outfit that was placed over 5 weeks ago. Very uneducated staff/team who don't know how to deal with queries unless its placing an order and they are happy to take your money but not actually deliver the goods. Never order from this website, ever

I had such a lovely experience with this brand! The quality of their outfits is absolutely amazing, and every detail feels so premium and elegant. The designs are trendy yet comfortable, perfect for both casual wear and special occasions. Their service is also very impressive, everything was smooth and satisfying. They have the worst customer service ever. I have never seen any brand of such poor customer dealings except this brand. I would never suggest anyone to go specifically for online shopping from this store. They don’t even respond timely and clearly.

I placed an order nearly 2 months ago…

DO NOT BUY FROM IZNIK!!!

I placed an order nearly 2 months ago and have been liaising with them for the past 2 weeks with regards to this. I had received no order confirmation and no details whatsoever so I gave it some time seen as it was coming from abroad. The communication lacked completely with no return of messages until I repeatedly messaged which was so frustrating!
I have not received the order and Eid is tomorrow so I've asked for a full refund. There's been no clarity from the beginning which I believe the company should have with each order. They've continuously tried to reassure me that I'll get my order in time but when I finally received the tracking number the delivery company still hasn't received the parcel so when it'll be delivered will be a mystery.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They have the nicest and most beautiful outfits but are really let down with the customer service, timing and orders.

I ordered 3 stitched outfits on the 18th January. It has been 7 weeks now and I still haven’t received the items. Absolutely ridiculous would never order from them again and would not recommend them. Very poor service, no apology email no contact from them whatsoever.

It’s been almost a month since I ordered 2 velvet dresses which they say they tried to deliver but no one received. I am not sure about this because I never received any call or email regarding that . I’m a regular buyer of ethnic barouq and so many other brands but never have I ever gone through this bullshit before it’s been 20 days since I’m trying to get in touch with these people and nobody gives a damn they just keep lying to me again and again either they won’t pick up my call or they pickup and will disconnect in a second . I even ask them to refund which they said that’s not their policy ☹️Im so disappointed in them and their service they really need to improve everything

I ordered suit material in size medium

I ordered suit material in size medium, it has arrived and is very large in size- nowhere near medium. I have repeatedly messaged and emailed for weeks with no response.
Its so disgraceful how they can completely ignore customers, I wish I had checked trust pilot beforehand as I am clearly not the first person this has happened to.
Very disappointed to say the least and would strongly recommend that you avoid shopping with them.

I reside in the UK, I strongly advise against ordering from this brand. I regularly purchase outfits from brands such as Sana Safinaz, ETHNC, Sapphire, Neha Faisal Atelier, and others, all of which have consistently provided excellent delivery timelines, order updates, and customer service. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and atrocious.

I placed an order for the outfit IPF-07 Printed Viscose Linen on 30 DECEMBER 2025 (LAST YEAR). As of 6 February 2026, more than five weeks later, I have received neither the outfit nor any update regarding my order status.

Despite repeatedly following up, all responses I have received are automated, AI-generated emails that fail to address my concerns or provide any concrete information. There has been no genuine customer support or accountability.

Furthermore, I believe the company’s website is misleading. The outfit was listed as “Ready to Ship – Stitched,” which implies that the item is prepared for immediate dispatch. However, a small, easily overlooked note states that dispatch may take up to five weeks. This disclaimer contradicts the “Ready to Ship” label and appears to be intentionally placed in a way that to mislead customers into making a purchase.

It has now been five weeks and three days, and I have received neither the product nor a proper update. I have retained all correspondence and evidence related to this order, if anyone would like to see it.

Then when I posted on their IG to warn other customers (who were reaching out to me to find out what had happened) they would take the posts down and in the end blocked me from their IG. No accountability and no remorse. We need to stop people from being conned by this company.

Cheap Chiffon by IZNIK # IZNIK

I purchased chiffon suit CC-69,order #IZ 338183 on first week of December ‘25 for Rs. 9,900 and then spent an additional Rs. 10,000 on stitching and appliqué work because the suit came with numerous front and back organza and chalk lace embroidery patches that required skilled labor to attach.
On the very first wear, within two hours, the embroidered organza, chalk lace, and patches on both side lengths pulled on the chiffon, causing severe tearing. The sleeves are badly damaged, almost as if the fabric was chewed, and the base chiffon is such extremely poor quality that it could not even hold the fine sequins and resham work.
Despite this clear quality issue, Iznik has refused to take responsibility, hiding behind an unrealistic 24-hour complaint policy. It is simply not possible to stitch a suit with extensive appliqué work, wear it, and then file a complaint within 24 hours.
IZNIK uses cheap chiffon fabric and misleads customers with beautiful advertising while delivering substandard quality. Don’t trust # IZNIK . They take no accountability, You get all your money wasted and they wouldn’t compensate for any thing. #IZNIK

Wrongly stiched dress & then refused to admit


Worst experience ever. I ordered CC-72 Embroidered Net with a printed lehenga, but received a completely different, wrongly stitched outfit. After ignoring my messages and emails, they finally replied only to say that sale items are not exchangeable or refundable. A sale item does NOT justify sending incorrect or defective clothes. The mistake was theirs, yet they took zero responsibility. Extremely unprofessional and misleading brand. Avoid at all costs.

Delayed Order, Ignored Messages, and Clear Violation of UAE Consumer Law

I placed an order with Iznik on 22 October. Their own policy states that delivery takes 25 working days. Today is 3 December which is the 30th working day and my order is still not delivered. This is already a violation of their stated terms and a clear breach of UAE consumer protection regulations.

What makes the situation worse is the complete lack of accountability. I reached out repeatedly and most of my messages were ignored. When I finally received a reply yesterday, I was told the order is “ready” and will be shipped “soon.” Yet nothing has been shipped and no credible update has been provided.

If Iznik chooses to sell to customers in the UAE, then they must comply with UAE consumer law. Delayed deliveries, ignored messages, and vague excuses are not only unprofessional but also unlawful within this market. Businesses are required to deliver within the promised timeframe or provide a real resolution. Iznik has done neither.

Since my order has still not been dispatched, I will be filing an official complaint with the consumer protection division. If this continues and my order remains undelivered, I will ensure that the matter is escalated to the point where Iznik is no longer allowed to sell within the UAE.

I did not ask for a refund. I asked for my order to be shipped as promised. Instead I received delays, silence, and a disregard for the law. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
