Insufficiently packed
Panels look ok but they were not packed at all. Half of the panels were covered with thin plastic film and the remaining was not covered at all, open for scratches. Plus the couriers left them outside the property on a block paving and the sides got scratched. How can I achieve a good finish with scratched panels!
I will install them and depending on the end result, I will amend my review.

Unfortunately, there is no cardboard box in these products from the factory, but there is gelatin to prevent scratching the surface. Our own staff brought the product to your door. Very dodgy experience
Shady company. Had not dispatched materials after some time. Then I called to cancel order, they suddenly updated the order status from not dispatched to delivered, even though nothing was delivered, and the tracking links all showed as not dispatched yet. They then said they would have to charge a crazy amount to return what had not actually been delivered. Seemed to be doing everything possible not to let me cancel the order. Had to dispute through credit card company to sort. Would never use this company again.

Hello, we deliver the product ourselves to the cargo daily. We enter the tracking numbers into the system as we receive them from the cargo. Then the software automatically follows the software, if the courier has delivered it to you, it returns to automatic delivery. There is no suspicious situation, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you had sent us an e-mail or contacted us by phone before disputing the credit card, we would have helped again.
