I received my order quickly. The item was nice but to large so wanted to return for exchange. However, no returns not in package. I contacted customer support twice for returns instructions. I didnt get any reply. So then sent an email but still no reply! This is not good customer service. Has anybody returned items to them? If so i would be grateful for info on how to do this as jflex have made no effort with my inquirey.
