Clueless as to even the regulations he should know

Had stuff stolen from a car imported with them, he told me bad luck and wouldn't give me details on who on Japan side dealt with the car so I could lodge a police report. He later screwed me over as he doesn't even know the laws telling me that a vehicle I wanted to import was not eligible and in fact it was so it spent 11 months sitting over there when I could've had it immediately shipped before I left Japan.

Wouldn't deal with this clown again he's interested in your money and that's it and will leave you high and dry after that.
