Having had a small FDM printer for a while now, I felt it was time to "up my game" so to speak.
After a conversation with Micheal and the team at J-supplied my mind was made, I now Needed! a larger scale FDM printer to help produce some bigger scaled items. Having talked me through the options my decision was set and I opted for the Craftbot Flow idex XL...!!
I can now print larger volumes in the same amount of time! being dual hotend, As well as large single print items with the 500mm z height!...
Micheal is very knowledgeable with all things 3d printing not just the products he supplies and assisted with any problems I encountered...
At the forefront of 3d printing equipment and technology J-supplied are in the perfect position to advise anyone from the likes of me, the guy at home producing a few prints here and there to large business units filled with high end industrial machines with large budgets.....

I have had the pleasure of purchasing a couple of printers from J Supplied and can not fault the fantastic service from Martin the MD to Jake in sales. Special thanks goes to Mike for all of his help and support and endless knowledge. These guys don't just sell you a printer they have proper aftersales care and are always at the end of a phone / email to offer advice.
Good team excellent service and support. We have brought several machines from them and the even do the cad work for us. Very knowledgeable on all aspects of 3D printing from design to finishing. Can’t recommend them enough.
Have had issues since the get go. Ordered a product which turned out to not be in stock but was contacted quite soon after which I was happy about and issued a refund. Had to wait for the refund which was submitted same day but took just over 2 weeks to come back before I could order again.
Placed a new order on the next model up which cost more, then didn't recieve anything and had to follow up a couple times with hit and miss responses. Finally found out it is stuck at customs (right now) but no idea on time frame when to expect it.
Im not faulting them for the customs but it does make you nervous spending out that kind of money and not being kept upto date.
