Unfortunately my introduction to J2 was at a time while in a position of panic over a recent IT security issue. I needed someone to jump onto my issues asap and Adam at J2 was recommended by a contact of mine. Working without question through the night to help not only sort my IT issues out but put my mind at rest. Adam not only de-coded the technical jargon for me but kept me up to speed with what was happening and the next steps at all times. Working as a freelancer it’s really easy to be ‘too busy’ to take notice of IT issues and it’s a bit scary to think about security risks and threats. But I cannot recommend enough having someone on your side to manage and help you through the whole host of IT issues, not just the problems! I’m pretty certain Adam will be an integral part of the Tonic team and we can’t wait to learn more about how certain programmes and functions can benefit us with the safety of knowing that we have all the latest security tech and someone on our side to help!

Adam was referred to me via a friend who did some work on my website. As I was having trouble with my current email provider this referral was welcomed. Adam reached out and explained everything he could do for me in great detail. We started the process of switching over my emails however my old provider would not release any of my information. It took over 3 months and multiple calls and emails for them to acknowledge mine and Adams requests. Adam was great throughout this process, sending emails when required etc. The switch over finally happened when the old provider responded and I didn't even notice as it was done on a Sunday. Adam was in touch first thing Monday morning to have everything set up before I started work and I couldnt be happier.

Have worked with Adam and Debbie for about 18 months, always professional and very helpful. Recently had a problem losing all access to the internet and emails on a Friday afternoon and their star engineer (Fab) went the extra mile to get us up and running before the close of the day. Great company to work with and would have no hesitation in recommending J2.

Adam and the team have always been so helpful, initially we tried to revive an old laptop which sadly wasn’t possible.

I then bought a tech specific laptop through them, they set it up for me and hand delivered this to my Dad’s home!

Adam and the team helped out immensely during that uncertain period when we initially entered lockdown. If you had said to me the week before, that we would have the capabilities for 40 members of staff to be working productively and safely from 40 different locations, I would not have believed you. We did achieve this however, with no delay and this was vital to ensuring we continued to deliver high levels of service to our own clients so that our own business did not suffer. We did find a few IT challenges during this period but Adam and the team were always up to the challenges and came up with a solution.
