I ordered some goalie gloves for my sons birthday. He opened them for his birthday and they were not true to size as my son has ordered through this company before. I emailed the company to start the return process and once they received the product they emailed me with a rude email refusing a return or a swap for a bigger size. Poor customer service.

I recently ordered from the J4K shop and I couldn’t be happier. The gloves are fantastic quality – durable, comfortable, and give a great grip in all conditions. Delivery was quick, and the customer service was really helpful when I had a couple of questions before ordering.

As a goalkeeper, I feel confident using J4K products, and I can see why so many keepers trust this brand. I’ll definitely be buying again in the future and would recommend J4K to any goalkeeper or parent looking for reliable, professional-level gear.

Ray and j4k responded extremely quick to all my emails and was very helpful with getting me to do the right things and what to do to get sponsorship and game me hope and sponsored me extremely happy and grateful for his opportunity

I can’t thank Ash enough and I am dealing with mental health and was struggling to purchase the the gloves ordered which by the way are a great glove I purchased the Bio gloves which are great.

Great quality gloves and other goal keeper equipment. Been using J4K for a few years and wouldn't go anywhere else for goalkeeper equipment. Good delivery times and if there has been a problem they have sorted it quickly and in a satisfactory manner. A great company to deal with and great products.

100% quality gloves without the high price tag. Will only use J4K gloves now due to them being hard wearing, long lasting and fantastic quality! Not forgetting the epic designs too. Another quality experience!
