Had to return item as 2 sizes too big but happy now.

Had to return 1 item as it was too big.
Love my track pants, very comfy.

My item was lovely, but I was quite disappointed that it arrived in all plastic packaging (both the mailbag and the inner bag). I see that the mailbag is recycled plastic, however recycling isn't a sustainable option long-term. It would be great to see something bio-degradable or home compostable next time I order. Sorry to be harsh, just tryna help make our planet a better place.

Love the Jac and Mooki brand, quality and fit . Have spent 100s and 100s of $ over the years . Like other valued online suppliers , they will often compensate their best customers with a loyalty program/discount or something equivalent but you offer nothing regardless of the sales . This disappoints me.
