Jack is terrific. He keeps you updated through all stages of the process. He sends video of your watch being pressure tested etc, delivers in accordance with his time estimate and is a real pleasure to deal with. I cannot recommend either him or his product more highly.

Jack customised a watch to my exact specifications and I’m very happy with the result.
He sent me photos of the build and everything was done to the agreed schedule.

Jack is a great resource for custom watches. I ordered my mother a Seiko for Christmas and it turned out amazing. His communication is efficient and timely, the product is amazing and professional. On top of this the watch arrived to the US within a week. I will definitely be using Jack again in the future.
