I had such a great shopping experience at Bristol from Rafael

I had such a great experience shopping at the Jack & Jones store in Bristol! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine smile from one member of staff named Rafael, super helpful, styling advice and helped me find the perfect fit without being pushy at all. He was an absolute pleasure and felt he really took care of me. Great member of staff, I would definitely come back to have the pleasure of being advised by him again, I find shopping very stressful however Rafael made my experience warm and satisfying truly went above and beyond, what a true asset he is to the team thank you
