About Jack Archer
Written by the company
At Jack Archer, we know you’re the kind of guy that wants to dress well. But to pull it off, you need apparel that fits consistently well. The problem is other brands have you wearing pants that look baggy and fit tight in the wrong places. They can make you look tired and lazy, and this isn't a good look for anyone. We believe pants should elevate your game, so we designed them with magical fabrics that keep their shape, mold around your body, and make finding the right size easy. Add Jetsetter Pants to your wardrobe so you can finally stop overthinking your pants and start feeling comfortable with yourself again.

Customer service was awesome
Customer service was awesome. My favorite pants zipper broke, and I was bummed. The company did not have any obligation to do anything, as the pants were two years old, but nevertheless, they replaced the pants. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome. I will continue to buy from Jack Archer!
Great pants
Great pants, quick shipping! When I needed to make a return or exchange, all went smoothly - and quickly!
JACK ARCHER
JACK ARCHER. First was the $9.00 fee for secure delivery, apparently protecting against damage in transit. Second, the material is nice, but the waist band has a visible elastic side band, kind of like stretchy pants. There is no picture or reference to visible elastic waist band. Third, while the trousers are consistently on sale, they then are not returnable because they are a sale item. This is a scam company, buyer beware!
Nice pants - apparently a sketchy company.
I like them, but they have some majorly sketchy selling practices. There is no way to leave a review on their page. It's chalked full with glowing reviews, but no way to comment your self. I tried to review via trustpilot and it gave the runaround too.
Watch out, they try to add a BS charge at the end of the purchase without you knowing. They add this "Checkout+ by al Onward" BS that never really shows up until you complete your purchase. I cancelled my order three times trying to delete this.
This is some really sketchy crap they're pulling. I can only imagine how many people you've screwed on out $8.55 per order for this made up fee.
They advertise "Free Shipping and Easy Returns that explains you have 30 days from delivery to try out the products, and you can return them for a refund if needed — and the return shipping process is described as “easy,”, but then when you get to the checkout process you try to add fees.
Their checkout reads
"Free Returns on Non-Final Sale Items, Delivery Protection, 90-day Guarantee.
$8.55 • SECURE CHECKOUT"
Majorly sketchy.
Nice pants - apparently a sketchy company.
Quality does not meet basic expectaion
I purchased my Jack Archer pants in 2023. Upon receiving them I realized they were too tight, but I decided to keep them in my closet knowing I planned to loose some weight. over the past two to three months, I pulled those pants out and began wearing them a few times. The pants fit well - after I had them hemmed for length- and I really enjoyed the comfort of the pants which everyone comments on. However, after washing the pants just three times, I realized the pants were beginning to "tag" in various areas. The tagging (stands of thread coming loose) became so noticable on my last wash I do not feel comfortable wearing the pants in public any longer. Frustrated, earlier this week I reached out to Jack Archer and requested a resolution to this quality issue. I explained I have several pair of Lululemon pants, that are similar in style, and I have washed those pants many many times without any issues. My feeling is this is a quality issue, I was not reaching out trying to take advantage of Jack Archer, but ultimately they needed to address this issue - yes, although less expensive than Lululemon pants the Jack Archer pants are still an investment (not cheap) and anyone buying the pants should expect a product that holds up to very minimal wear and tear. Ultimately Jack Archer refused my request to address the issue claiming because the pants were bought in 2023, and waranty obligation had expired - exactly what not to say when you have a quality issue. I did include a picture of the fraying pants. As I mentioned earlier, the pants fit good, I liked wearing them, but my experience with these pants is that the quality is low and did not hold up to the most basic level of expectation, and when I attempted to reach out to Jack Archer for a resolution, they denied my request leaning on the timeframe of the purchase regardless of the situation. Ultimately had Jack Archer addressed this quality issue in a more equitable manner I would have purchased more of their product(s). I will not do so now and I cannot recommend this company's products to anyone else.
Overall great pants and shorts!
Overall great pants and shorts. The polos are the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. They feel like a lesser brand compared to the pants and shorts. Happy they are coming out with more colors and the sizing is quite diverse.

Not great quality.
Poor quality trouser that have started to break down after a couple washes. Shipping was a bit slow too.

"Straight" means "Classic"
Here's an actual email from Jack Archer customer service: "Let me clarify how our labeling works so there’s no confusion: If the tag says 'Straight' (with quotation marks), that means Straight Fit. If the tag says Straight (without quotation marks), that actually means Classic Fit. I know this can be a little confusing, and I sincerely apologize for the lack of clarity." So Jack Archer is intentionally sending customers classic fit pants that are mislabeled as straight fit pants. The "straight" label is on both the pants and the plastic bag that they are packaged in. It's unclear to me how I was supposed to know that the pants were the classic fit pants that I ordered.
Nothing was right about this purchase
Purchased my first pair based on the hype. Pants did not fit well. Purchased for a family event, and worn only once. Contacted JA customer service for help, they offered as one time courtesy to help me replace with new size since we were beyond 30 days.
JA decided after making the offer, to rescind the offer within a few minutes....what a joke.
I will now donate these pants and move on. Based on the pant fit, and the type of customer service, this will be the first and last pair of JA pants I will buy.
The fit sucks
The fit sucks! Baggy in the seat.
Went on trip without them. Got back after return window. Not Happy!
First order
First order - I ordered the wrong size - not used to buying pants online - sent them back and received the new ones. No problem - the pants fit well and I am thinking of getting another pair in a different colour. Delivery was also much quicker than expected
Good business casual pants.
The pants are well fitted and comfortable. I wear them quite often for work and they look nice with sporty dress shoes. My only issue is when you iron them there is a tendency to have discoloration along the pocket lining. I do not regret my purchase though.

overall very good and amazing
I’ve done a few orders
I’ve done a few orders. Jet setter pants are great. Fit and comfort levels are awesome. T shirts are great quality with the exception of getting a white color. Turned yellow after first wash so pick any color but that. For its price shouldn’t turn yellow
