Great service - I will return

We live in Switzerland and I ordered a ring for my wife (surprise birthday gift), for us to collect when we were in South Africa on holiday. My pickup window was short, but the ring was ready for me on the agreed date and time. unfortunately, the ring was too big (my fault) and the Jack Friedman team arranged for me to return the ring and resize for my wife; at no cost to me. This is how you create returning customers.
