I purchased an item in December 2025, which I did not receive. After a series of back and forth emails, they asked me to be patient as they were investigating. I followed up again as I heard nothing.

Finally, I received a photograph. The delivery company had left the package in the most visible place in my front garden - on top of the electricity box by the front door. I have 3 wheelie bins and a crate which is where packages are deposited if I am not home. Obviously it was stolen.

It was not an expensive item. My issue is the bad faith of this company. I have not received the item, a refund or even an apology. What I continually receive, are incessant promotional emails even though I have unsubscribed more than once.

But for this, I would have been a regular customer but I will spend elsewhere in future.

DO NOT order from this company. My item is faulty but because it doesn’t fall in their 30 day policy no replacement given. POOR customer service and goes against customer consumer rights

Awful company. Absolutely no help whatsoever with a getting a replacement train for a track I bought for a Christmas present. Keep firing automated responses about how they are willing to help and do nothing other than 'out of the 30 day replacement timeframe'. Appalling customer service - wish I had come here before purchasing anything from them. Lesson learned!

Only rated one star to review. Order toy 17 Nov, Took weeks to arrive.
Inadequately packed and box was damaged.
The toy was broken as on of the firings was snapped off and lose in the box. I emailed with photos showing the damage and broken fitting.
I emailed several times but they insisted that part could be refitted- as per the instructions - onto the broken, snapped, lose in box fitting!
The have ignored me since the last email. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Keep away from this company. No parcel arrived and they didn’t reply to emails for weeks. Now say they want to charge me return postage as my “address was wrong” (it wasn’t). Haven’t yet received a refund.

I echo the reviews for this company. Do not buy from this company.

I bought a Transformer-type toy (AeroBot) from them in December. It took far longer than anticipated to arrive. After one day of usage, it stopped working.

I complained to Jackies Kids, stating my rights to repair, refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They just said that it was out of their 30-day refund period, so "we’re unable to assist further with this matter".

This is store is a typical bait and switch scam based in Hong Kong. They operate by trying to appear as though they are based in the UK but good are shipped by drop shipper from China. The shipping will generally take longer than the stated times and they may not respond to you if your goods do not arrive.

The photos and descriptions on the website will show much higher quality than the goods that arrive. Goods will generally be in damaged boxes and be poorly packaged. They are unlikely to refund you whether you demand a refund or send the item back.

If the item is damaged, incorrect or not the exact item advertised then they are legally obliged to pay for the refund.

It is highly unlikely that will refund you if you pay for the return. They will claim you must pay for the return instead, dont do this. They are simply looking for you to return their poor quality goods free of charge so they can resent them to another victim.

Request a refund, tell them they can pick up their goods at their expense then raise a charge back to your bank or credit card.

Finally, never use them again.

Item sent and wasn't as described. Packaged in nothing but a plastic bag and sellotape, the coat is made of very cheap materials and the hood had little fur on it.
Requested a return and was told the usual store policy which doesn't overwrite the consumer rights, offered 20% and then after my last response, they've chosen to ignore me. Chargeback will initiate. Do not purchase from them. Based overseas in China.

The toys is verry good i buy 5 or 6 and my grandson plays all of them everyday and ask me for more is great i like them my self because is safe for my 4year grandson

Why is this company continuing to advertise when trust pilot know what they are all about
Why are they still advertising on YouTube and other sites

Despite the negative reviews online which worried me when there was a slight delay in our goods arriving, our two Christmas purchases for our two-year-old granddaughter did arrive and are of good quality and just as described on the site. We bought the Splashy sink and the felt farm playmat. The latter is so engaging for children AND adults alike and beautifully made. The prices are very competitive too so GIVE THEM A GO!! Just order a little earlier than you need them to allow for any delivery delays.

Very misleading. The website is labelled as UK, but the goods are delivered from China (despite being marked as ‘in stock’ on the site, so take ages to be delivered. I ordered a gravity racer for my 3 year old grandson, which the website says is suitable for kid of 2 years +, but when delivered the box states it for 8 years + and it’s clear the toy is not suitable for a 3 year old. The car is so flimsy, he would have dropped and broken it within 5 minutes, and the control is too complicated for his age group. I’ve asked to return it under their ‘satisfaction guaranteed’ guarantee, only to receive a return form instructing me to send it back to China. It’s going to cost me £17, and the car only cost £22. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole!

I had ordered 3 toys/ puzzle in November for Christmas for my grand kids.First of all the item didn’t arrive till 5th January and on top of that got just 2 out 3 with a shoddy packaging.I am still battling on that I didn’t re y’all 3 but I am not getting anywhere as they say according to the weight all 3 items were sent.Communication has been terrible as they keep asking for the names ,g T he photos and video of packaging again and again as I sent everything before.
I wouldn’t buy anything from them again nor let friends buy.

Do not purchase from this company. Items not as described, missing main parts and no resolve after a month. I've lost my money. Long delivery, no customer service and pretends to be from UK. Disgusting service that left my granddaughter without her Christmas present.

Wish I was aware of the bad reviews before I ordered. I ordered a Track Fusion set to add to the one I already have. They sent me Track Magnetic which is incompatible and isn’t even for sale on their website. When I emailed them attaching photographic evidence they replied that they had sent the correct product and then didn’t reply to my next email which contained additional photographs. I have raised a dispute with my credit card company.

This company is in Hong Kong pretending to be in UK. No way of contacting customer services, sent emails, no reply. Product arrived, very late, no inner packaging as if its used, looks nothing like picture, poor quality, cannot return as no way of contacting. Steer clear of Jackies Kids!!

I would never order from here again, items aren’t like they are on the photos! I had 2 items come which didn’t work and had to owt to send them back so now I’m out of pocket also still waiting for my refund 8 weeks later!

This company shouldn’t be allowed to trade. If I could give this company zero stars I would. Bought two identical items as Christmas presents . One works, the other does not. Jackie’s Kids will not replace or refund the item even though item is faulty. Such a waste of money.

Wish I’d checked reviews before ordering. This is not a UK company, it is based in Hong Kong. Goodness knows where the toys are shipped from but there is a minimum 7-10 days delivery. I thought I was shopping from a UK company - anything to avoid Amazon - the UK website is misleading.

*AVOID* 2 weeks to arrive, the jacket was not the colour pictured! Then to add further insult the zipper on the hood came apart and is totally broken! Poor quality is just the start. The website is set up to look like it’s a UK company but I suspect it’s a Temu type company probably worse than Temu going by reviews on here.
I have claimed fraud on my bank to get my money back as realistically sending it back to China is not an option.
