I lost $450 (yes, I was a losing player), and suddenly my account was restricted so that I can NEVER place sports bets again.

Their “solution”?
👉 They force you to play casino games instead.

This makes absolutely NO SENSE. No serious bookmaker limits a losing customer after 3 bets. This is not risk management — this is pure manipulation.

I deposited via debit card to use their SPORTSBOOK feature. Before I could place A SINGLE BET, my sportsbook access was completely RESTRICTED.
Their explanation: “Your account was restricted following a review, and the bets you attempted to place afterward supported the initial decision.”
Think about that: I ATTEMPTED to place bets AFTER being restricted - meaning they limited me BEFORE I could even bet. How can bets I tried to place “support the decision” if I was already limited?
This is classic bait-and-switch:
1. Accept deposit
2. Immediately restrict account before use
3. Claim vague “risk and compliance” reasons
4. Push you toward casino games instead

KEY RED FLAGS:
• Limits accounts BEFORE any betting activity
• No transparency on what triggers instant limitations
• Advertises sportsbook but restricts access immediately after deposit

UPDATE: After public complaints, they did allow me to withdraw my deposit. However, I still never got to use the sportsbook feature I deposited for. If they were going to limit my account anyway, why accept my deposit?

To Jackpot.bet: You returned my money after I complained publicly, but you still wasted my time and never let me use the service I deposited for. Your “risk assessment” should happen BEFORE taking deposits, not after. This is predatory business practice.

Instead of seeking resolution with disputes they will weaponize ToS discretionary clause to close your account and stop payments. Which is the ultimate player betrayal. Those clauses are supposed to be in place to protect integrity. Not shield untrustworthy behavior and bad actors.

Despite being cleared to withdraw, my funds have not been released, and the situation remains unresolved. The owner keeps telling me he has no specifics about what's happening, which I find very strange since it’s his casino. First I was told that I would hear from compliance team within 72 hours and then after that time ran out the owner said they were sending it to a third party auditor but wouldn't give me any information or time frame. He's buying time for some reason and I'm not really sure why but the transparency is non-existent and nobody in my gambling community trust them anymore. I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted quite frankly.
