Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 40 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently report that the games feel unfair or designed to compel them into purchasing more credits, making it nearly impossible to win or progress without spending money. Many people find the minimum bets on newer games excessively high and the coin purchases unreasonably expensive, leading to a poor return on their investment. Consumers also encountered problems with payments, including being charged incorrect amounts for packages or experiencing significant coin losses and vanished balances after purchases. However, some long-time players recall a time when the game was enjoyable and coin purchases were more reasonable, contrasting it with the current experience.

By far the worst game I’ve ever played

By far the worst game I’ve ever played. The games are actual casino games but the odds of winning are low. I started to video my play because of a recommendation of one of their customer service reps. Today, I hit spin over 3000 times at max bet. After 2000 spins I finally hit a bonus game and after losing over 2.8 quadrillion coins, the game paid me back less than 1% of my losses. After another 1000 spins, I got another bonus game and won nothing but the 4.5 trillion trigger bonus. And this isn’t just a one time thing. This is every day. 96% dead and losing spins and the average winning spin is 2.5x your bet. They claim the RTP is 85%. If this was true, I wouldn’t be down over 10 quadrillion coins in two days. Customer service is a joke and any game that makes you promise not to sue them for scamming you before you can even play the game, should’ve been your first red flag. A quick google search will tell you everything you need to know about this company and their online gaming scams called out by players tired of being lied to and scammed out of their hard earned money. Players beware. They prey on addicts and seniors. And if in fact they don’t program their games and it is 100% random, how do I know that when you download the game, on the 10th spin of Zeus (the only game available after you open it) you will get a full reel of Zeus and win $3.5 million coins. No more, no less. Random? I don’t think so. They give you a win and then you lose 100% right after. Biggest scam developer I’ve ever played. I’ve not had to buy coins on DoubleDown casino for six months.

Jackpot Party rips you off in numerous ways

They try to rip you off in numerous ways. All games open with the MAXIMUM BET in play, we have to pay attention and lower the bet EVERY TIME we change games. Today, they inflated ALL of the bets. Star 4 was a 1M bet yesterday and is 1.5M today. BUT, consider star 20 was 1B yesterday and a hefty 2.5B today. Buy more coins, buy more coins. They are so greedy! When you email them, they answer you with already prepared templates. They don't answer any questions. Worst customer service anywhere!!!

been playing for over 12 years daily

been playing for over 12 years daily. Since they went to artificial intelligence the chances for winning anything has diminished by a lot, I have won many times and the credits were never posted. Recently i won 6 billion and the computer flashed up a message "lost connection to server". I not only lost the 6 billion but also what I had in the bank at the time which was 1.2 billion.

The more you play the more your a loser

The more you play, the more you lose, then you buy more, and you lose, and lose. It's a never ending cycle and you spend more, and more never to get t your money back. Smarter to go online gambling where you might get some back. Smarter to buy a video game at 3-400 1 time. You further ahead!

Get real people.

43 million coin bonus? Something is even wrong with that BS. There is no free lunch anywhere. Save your money and go to a real casino. Better then the looser that lost all his money to an app.

I like playing the games but the payoffs are no where as good when they lure you in. I have gone through 100m points without a bonus spin. This is a good way to treat your loyal customers that have played here for years. Very disappointed!
