I like the games on this site... However, I have had several things I dont like .... i had the Diamond pass and i had not claimed all the prizes for it and today when i got on ... they were all gone and a new game started... i dont think it is fair to not let you keep the rewards that you have earned just havent claimed yet... i contacted them and basically they just said "sorry"... I think they should owe me at least a new diamond pass to replace what i lost... also ive noticed if you have a lot of money then the minimum bets are high and if you lose down on $ then the min bet gets smaller .... about ready to quit the whole thing...

This is the worst casino game.
The payback are horrible and have to be based on time of play or amount of coins in your bank.
There is no way they are playing fair in their win rates.
I understand they have to make money, but it would be better if you had some chance to enjoy playiong before your credits run out.
Almost all side prises are based on the playing for long time, but the payback is so bad the only way to do that is continue paying for coins.

Jackpot party used to be reasonably priced to have a bit of fun now it's as much as 80 US dollars to play the game for very short period of time and you get absolutely nothing in return they don't pay you any money you don't win anything.. it's the masters of sci play who are making millions of dollars on your back.. and they give you absolutely zero zilch nada nothing in return

This game has turned into a RIP-OFF use to be good now has gone downhill. Don't waste your money or time. I would rather spend my hard earn money on scratchers or go to the casino and win real money.

Could not remember why I had previously uninstalled this app... but I remembered pretty quickly, its a junk app! I mean a complete s@%! show. If I wanted to loose like I do in this game, I would just go to the casino. People play this to have fun. What a shame!

BBEWARE....default bet on machines so high, if u accidently bump spin before u can reset to a lower bet ur chip balance is gone......i bumped spin accidently & it wiped out $100 in chips instantly! Other casino aps make u confirm bet b4 u can spin. No such customer protection in this ap! Huge default bets are around $50 in chips.......a huge "trip wire" programed in each slot so they can make $$$$ No wonder they tout being #1 grossing casino ap! Devious at best, morally incorrect. I have played this game for over 10 years, and spent a lot of dollars on "Chip Packages". I am an experienced player.
